Crystal Living

If I could have put no stars I would have We had a conservatory built in 2009 followed by two porches a couple of years after. This was Crystal Windows. Spent quite a lot of money but was happy with the product. When there was a fault in 2016 - I phoned the number and was told Crystal Windows were out of business and they would not honour the guarantee even though at the time they were Crystal Living and were based in the same premises in Poynton using the same telephone number. Now the glass in the conservatory roof has shattered and I have just phoned them to see if thay could help at all and as I thought they do not want to know as "under data protection all the paperwork had been destroyed" BE VERY CAREFUL- good at selling but not following through, check that guarantee and ask what will happen if they go out of business. Do they have an insurance indemnity etc. Please learn by my experience. They are now called Homestyle by Crystal Living based in Glossop. An earlier dissatisfied customer on Google alleged that they have gone out of business twice so be warned.

Yet another leak, this time from the orangery gutter attached to the house. The problems with this build just go on and on. Inaccurate measurements, badly fitted windows and doors, door frames, leaks on the pitched roof they installed etc. Over 30 visits from this company to try and fix things so far... Update 2nd July 2018. Crystal Living now refusing to come and make the necessary repairs (despite a 10 year guarantee) unless my Google review of them is taken down....

We recently had a orangery built by Crystal Living, I would highly recommend this company they were extremely professional, very helpful explained each element of the project with us the workforce who undertook the build were so helpful and friendly and produced a excellent job.
