Gabrielle East Designs is a boutique building designer who, as the sole owner, deals directly with her clients. She likes to use alternative, sustainable and energy efficient building construction materials in her designs and particularly loves working with a light-weight energy efficient timber frame construction featuring a mixture of materials and claddings. Gabrielle will do her best for the client and the block so that together, you can achieve a comfotable home with a high green star rating. Most designs achieve an 8.5 star rating. Designs are created using an amazing 3D software so you can see exactly how your house will look, you can even 'walk' through it. Building materials and colours can be seen and changed with a quick click of the mouse to see what would better suit your design. It leaves out the guess work that 2D drawings leave you wondering about when it comes to colours and textures.
