I recently took over a vacant listing that had been on the market for 6 months with a price reduction and no offers. Sellers had purchased another home and were pretty distraught. I returned the price to market value and suggested they allow professional staging for the home. Carol's staff was very knowledgeable, professional and did a beautiful job in just one day. We got an acceptable offer for the home on the 17th day -- higher than the previously reduced price. I've sold real estate for more than 25 years but had never done staging.
