Was very very pleased with the process and the final product. From the office staff, the designer Ms. Riza, and the absolute awesome installers, Mike Owens and assistant Xaiver. Everything was great, professional and turned out magnificent. Would absolutely recommend Closets by design for your nxt project.

Tarrah was amazing. She came in and saw our hot mess of two walk in master closets and kitchen pantry. She designed out 3 very functional closets that fit all of our needs for organization and within budget. We would definitely use CBD again!!

We had two reach-in closets customized recently. One was my daughter's room, which is smaller than her room at another house we lived in, so it would quickly become messy and unorganized. Having a custom closet with drawers inside gave her the much needed space and organization to help her find what she needed and keep her room clean. The other closet was customized with drawers and shelves so that it can accommodate dishes, platters, linens, etc. since that room will become a dining room. The designer made sure that if we ever sold the house and new owners didn't want that room to stay a dining room, the closet could easily be transformed (at little cost) into a clothes closet. The installers were professional and courteous and did their job in the time that was estimated. They cleaned up their mess and left us with two beautiful new closet systems.

i worked with a designer, the office manager and installers from Closets by Design in Louisville over the past 12 months. We put in a closet organizer systems in four bedrooms, an additional large built in wardrobe closet in our master bedroom, new cupboards and wall cabinet ironing board in our laundry room, and built in cubbies in our mudroom. Everyone I dealt with was professional and helpful from the design process, through payment and scheduling, through the installation. In our previous home, the shelves and rods in our "custom" closet began to fall from the walls. So in early 2011, we sought the recommendations and proposals from 3 companies, and chose Closets by Design to renovated the closet. It was a huge selling point when we decided to downsize to a new home in 2013, enabling us to begin responding to offers within 24 hours of listing our home. Our new home has much smaller master closet space, so again we called on 3 companies to make recommendations and proposals. Once again, Amelia with Closets by Design provided the most efficient, attractive and reasonably priced closet layout of the three. We are able to get all of our clothes and shoes (a lot of shoes) into the much smaller space without crowding and with confidence that the shelves will stay put as they are attractively built from the floor up. There is no need for us to ever consider any other company again, as we know where to get the best as we upgrade the pantry and closets in our new home through Closets by Design.

I am an organizer who contacted Closets by design for my client. We had a nursery to get ready and needed some assistance in the design. The designer must of had children because they designed this closet with such a great flow. As the child gets older it'll transition and adjust to what he'll need....the shelves and rods are all adjustable! My client is going to love this nursery closet for a long time.

Closets by Design Louisville was wonderful. Initially we had an appt. to look at the closets. Ultimately we got closets, a mudroom and a pantry designed. I've never been so organized in my life. Our kiddos feel organized as well....which means a little less cleaning for me! Thank you.
