We had the carpet replaced in the entire upper level of our townhouse, the main staircase and landing, and the stairs to the lower level about 18 months ago. We talked with three different flooring companies, before deciding on Clawes Carpet. We found them to be very knowledgable in helping us select the right carpet, and very responsive. They worked quickly and efficiently, and there were no hidden charges. We have been very pleased with the results - in fact, we plan to recarpet the two formal rooms in the house (the only rooms with carpet that we did not replace in 2013), and we will definitely hire Clawes to do this project for us.

We were very pleased with the work we had done by Clawes Carpets. The sales professionals are very knowledgable and willing to walk you through the stressful process of finding the right floors for your home. At times, it was easy to feel overwhelmed or confused, but they really took the time to answer questions & share their expertise . The friendly crew came in & installed 1,000 sq ft in less than one day. We love our new hardwood floors! And look forward to using them again for future projects!

I hired Clawes Carpet to clean multple area rugs. I have had these area rugs for a few years, and all of them had visible signs of wear and dirt. Not only did Clawes return the area rugs to me far more quickly than the original promise date. The area rugs were like new again! The spills and stains had left no trace. I would reccomend Clawes Carpet for any service pertaining to flooring.

Clawes Carpets goes above and beyond for its customers; they are professional, give sound/honest advice when asked about flooring problems. Their staff are professional and vendors they use are of the highest quality as well. Clawes truly cares about its customers and takes pride in its workmanship and the products they sell. I also enjoy just stopping by and talking through ideas and hearing their suggestions and looking at the newest trends and decorating ideas. Great place - great people!

We have used Clawes for over 20 years as we remodel/upgrade our home. They have quality carpet and flooring to chose from at a competitive price. The employees know the products they sell and offer non-biased suggestions based on our needs and product performance. Also, the installers are professionals with years of experience-- we have never been disappointed in their work.

Clawes Carpet has the best sales people! They are knowledgeable, price conscious and very friendly, they were a great help with my MANY questions. The installers were terrific, clean, courteous, highly professional and very skilled, the install went seamlessly!

I worked with Katherine Cicco and she was extremely knowledgable of products, options, and recommended the best product for me given what I was looking to accomplish overall. The installation was flawless, and they were done in one day (install was entire middle floor of our town home). The follow up was wonderful, and everyone is extremely professional, courteous, and quick. Perfect!

Clawes refinished my wood floors on the main floor of my house and installed new carpeting in the upper level of the house. They were on time, and did a very good job with everything. Their prices weren't the lowest for the carpeting but I did get a very nice quality product. The installation was excellent. The wood floor refinishing was priced competitively when you consider that they always apply 3 coats of polyurethane. All the other companies I talked to only apply 2 coats.
