I have known Peter Claridge for many years both personally and professionally. He has always stood out as a person of integrity and honesty. He also has exemplary knowledge and experience in the building sector together with a keenness for excellence in customer focused service. I have, on a number of occasions sought Peter's expertise regarding redevelopment of prospective properties on the market. Peter always made time to respond thoroughly and comprehensively. After purchasing a block of land in Craigburn Farm, I visited a good number of well known home builders in the estate at their display homes. I had specific requirements and all of them approached my needs by presenting their design books and worked around making adjustments to existing plans. In every case it fell short of my expectations. Eventually I contacted Peter and his team. Sean (the designer) and Peter met with me at the block and then we sat down over a coffee where I was able to tell them exactly what I really dreamed of. Within a short time, Sean sent me a one off, taylor made design. All of the requirements were met. As expected, there was a bit of fine tuning but then it all came together. I showed the family the plan and views and they said it was fabulous. Once underway I was always informed of the progress and never had any trouble contacting the supervisors, Hayden and Mark. We don’t live in a perfect world and as expected, there were a few hiccups along the way but Peter and the team always came to the rescue. The house is unique and constantly receives verbal accolades from neighbors and friends. The home isn’t just well built with all my needs met - it has charm and is eye catching both inside and out. I am proud to be the owner of this house and thoroughly recommend the Claridge team.

From the start we have had no problems with design or build, it was seemless, and now we have an absolutely wonderful eco pole house amongst the tree tops. The perfect house built by quality builders, we are so happy with the house and the view from the balcony. After a horror start with another company we were slowly seeing our dreams of completing our dream home disappear. Through recommendations we met with Peter and haven’t looked back since. After listening to people who have been through the new home build process and told of horror stories, of being stressed and not enjoying the experience at all; I have to say, it was an absolutely great experience. At every interaction, whether we wanted a variation to the home or progress meeting it was sorted out easily there and then and without issue. Especially helpful having regular contact with the dedicated site supervisor. Communication was great and especially pleased that Peter went above and beyond to accommodate us and our needs. The house itself; the quality is just fantastic and the finishing are beautiful. We are very happy with it. Family and friends have been through the house and think it's just finished perfectly and we can't fault any area, the trades and contractors have been to a very high standard. We definitely recommend Peter and the Claridge Construction team.

Peter (Claridge constructions) was the builder of our beautiful rammed earth home. His expertise and extensive network of talented services and trades helped us immensely to bring to life our building design ideas and turn it into the home we had always dreamed of. We were involved in designing our home, and in the whole build from start to finish, with Peter guiding us and keeping the build on track every step of the way. This was our dream home we were building so it was important to us, that while we did not have the time or expertise to design or build the home ourselves, to know our builder understood and respected our wishes and desires and would go to any length to ensure that our home was a reflection this. We could not be happier with the outcome! We are so proud of our home and the construction itself is very detailed with Peter ensuring a high standard was maintained by all the trades. Some of my favourite features of our home are the use of natural and recycled materials. Besides the rammed earth construction, Peter was also able to source us some beautiful salvaged timbers and utilise these throughout our home. Throughout the whole process, from the day we walked into Peter's office through to the present day, our relationship and communication with Peter has been very positive. We could not recommend Peter and Claridge Construction highly enough!

I had Claridge Constuction build my extension. The build consisted of a 7m x 7m living area, bathroom, laundry and pergola. I was very happy with the finished product. The build quality was excellent with many people commenting on how good the extension lookes. During the build process I was impressed with the level of communication. Every question and query was answered quickly and explained in a way I could understand. The build time estimation was spot on. I will use Claridge Construction for my future projects.
