Custom Kitchens by Martin provided my childhood home with some of the most beautiful renovation work I have ever seen! Not only were they extremely knowledgable and skilled, but each and every member of their team is exceptionally kind and fun to work with. The owners, Kim and Owen - are amazing! Speaking from both professional experience in collaborating together, and from the standpoint of a customer who benefitted from such niche expertise, I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a custom remodel.

Custom Kitchens by Martin is a wonderful, professional, creative operation and a gem for us here in Rochester! They recently renovated our bathroom, and Kim, the designer, was able to understand and capture our eclectic taste in her design and her choice of materials. Every detail, from the suggestion to use a contrasting grout and a shiny, irregular subway tile to the paint color in our closet was chosen with Kim's (and her assistant, Melissa's) care, thought and talent. Her crew of craftsmen was also superb - reliable, trustworthy, and professional people who know their stuff. We are hiring them again to do our kitchen next - a testament to our confidence in Kitchens by Martin.

I have done several kitchen remodels in my time and this one by Custom Kitchens by Martin was by far the best experience I have had. Kim, Owen and their team of professionals were outstanding! They worked with us to design a beautiful kitchen, provided a project timeline that was kept to the day, established and maintained a detailed budget, and utilized extremely professional individuals, both staff and contractors, to deliver our gorgeous kitchen. I would highly recommend them for your next project. Exceptional work delivered by a high integrity team, on time and on budget and exceeded expectations!

Our kitchen was gutted ceiling, walls to floor. The Martin crew was prompt, polite and tidy at the end of each day. Kim helped every step of the way from design to hardware. She is decisive with educated reasons whether to choose colors, appliances, or light fixtures. Rounding the bend to the end of the job I left the hardware choices up to Kim; they are amazing. Her visual clarity is second to none, we just can say enough about our experience.

After a total demolition of my kitchen, Martins (Owen & Kim) came in, did a full measure, redesign and planning. Very knowledgeable, Kim employees the finest designers who know how to work with customers, Everything planned down to the smallest detail. Courteous, job done on time. Owen and crew preformed install with precision and professionalism. I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome.

I challenged Custom Kitchens to design a more practical space for my upstairs. The layout was highly partitioned and adapted through multiple remodeling efforts for different purposes over 100 years of different owners. Jennifer wowed both my husband and I with her clever layout adjustments to make better use of the space designing in a master suit and upstairs laundry closet.

We had our main living area opened up by Martin & co. A portion of our kitchen was redone and joined with our living room which was completely renovated. The service was excellent and the project surpassed all of our expectations. We worked with an excellent designer that was able to see what we wanted before we were even completely sure. She was able to incorporate it into our existing space as only a portion of the kitchen was being redone. She took into account all aspects including lighting, convince, style and flow. During the project, everyone was very professional and carefully took care of every detail. Their commitment to the project was clearly evident. They even finish ahead of schedule. Honestly we could not be happier with our experience.

Ha commentato: Where can I get this counter top?Sorry our response is delayed. That is a natural wood top. It is a 2" thick walnut with and ogee edge. It was made by a local wood worker in our area.
