Helping homeowners communicate their vision, providing builders with the detail they need to deliver that vision. We will see homeowners through the process from the initial designs through to providing a tender package, running the process to find and check out builders and answering their questions. We provide construction services checking the build is as per the design you've paid for, and that the works are of a suitable quality. We sign off the builders works and check costs prior to works or changes proceeding- avoiding the nasty final bill surprise. We are a multi-skilled team providing space design, lighting and electrical design, smart control design, and independent renewable technology feasibility (we don't sell solar or other tech but can do the calculations to advise you). We have been hands on with our own building projects on our homes, so we know what a building project is like to live with. Currently we only do a select few domestic projects in the £500,000+.

The costs listed are the project value. Our fees are transparent and individual to each project based on the scope of services required both technical and administrative, and the size of the project. Listed buildings for example require considerably more detailed drawings for planning. Our fees for a large new build or reconfiguration average around 10% of the value of the works.

Focus SB Ltd

We have a relationship of trust and respect between Focus SB and Cityzen, based on years of working on projects from small domestic to a Grade 1 stately home in Berkshire. We are currently providing our Horizon satin stainless steel plates extensively throughout their Grade 2 Listed conversion, refurbishment in West Street, Ditchling. We are supplying power sockets, lighting switches and matching scene setting control plates, our products enable Cityzen to deliver the continuity and seamless finish that they designed throughout the building. We are always impressed with Cityzen's technical expertise backed up by an eye for detail. Their demands to uphold the specification throughout any given project results in a high end finish for their architecture and engineering clients. We anticipate only good things in the growth of Cityzen as they continue to offer their "more than architecture" approach to clients. The tender packages they issue are detailed and specific, enabling the contractor to price our products with confidence, and so we are keen to maintain and develop our business together.
