Christina helped us buy and sell our house in Birmingham. When we bought, she helped us negotiate a great deal under asking. When we had to sell less than 2 years later due to a new job, we listed our house and got an offer well above asking ... in less than 24 hours of listing it. Crazy!! And I was afraid we were going to break even, if not take a loss. Christina is very knowledgeable and experienced and she knows the market. Working with her and her team have been so easy. They're responsive and great communicators and were always available to answer any questions. She is the best! You will not go wrong with her as your realtor.
