Chris and his team helped me with re-constructing part of my kitchen due to water damage Spring 2015. I highly recommend his services! He is the best contractor I have ever worked with--courteous, service-oriented, and meticulous with detail. His whole team is that way, which is amazing. Romero Construction truly cares about the quality of its workmanship, a trait that I don't find in many contractors.

From the moment, we met Chris Romero from Romero Construction, we were very impressed with his professionalism, trustworthiness, knowledge about construction, and his flexibility. His foreman, office staff, crew, and subcontractors were also very helpful. When beginning the project, we were a bit apprehensive about the timeline and were concerned that the project would take longer than promised but that wasn’t the case. Our small two bedroom bathroom one story house was transformed into a beautiful and amazing four bedroom three bathroom two story house in 8 months. He communicated well with us and kept us informed with e-mails, texts, weekly meetings, and co-construct. Co-Construct was an online site for clients to refer to keep us informed about the work being completed as well as what specifications we needed to choose. Chris and his crew kept a clean and orderly work site as well as communicating with our neighbors and addressing any concerns that they had along the way. The craftsmanship of our house was superb. We were very impressed with the framing crew as well as the electrical subcontractors. Overall, we love our home and feel so fortunate to have gone through the remodeling journey with Romero Construction.

I have been fortunate to provide fire protection services for many of Romero Construction's jobs. I have found them to be honest, fair and easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

I can definitely vouch for Romero Construction having worked with Chris from start to finish on our project (from the complete demolishment of our existing residence, the construction of a new foundation and the setting and finishing work related to a prefabricated residence). Chris was incredibly responsive, thoughtful and detail oriented. Chris is extremely honest and trustworthy and has the utmost integrity. His subcontractors do wonderful work as well. Once I received a call from the owner Chris Romero, he said he thought he owed me $7,000.00 on a job that had been closed out. He was correct I had somehow overlooked it. I received a $7,000.00 check immediately. Romero = Integrity. Quality speaks for it self have them show you some of their work, it is class A ( beautiful ). I highly recommend this company.

My wife and I hired Romero Construction for a major renovation to our house. We added over 1,000 sq feet to our house including a master bedroom suite, spare bedroom, office, and family room. The renovation added 1,000 sq feet to our house. Chris Romero and his crew did an amazing job. We met with Chris weekly to discuss progress, inspect work and discuss any necessary changes. Chris was professional every step of the way and demanded the same of his crew and sub-contractors. Chris promised to have the construction site clean every night and to respect our neighbors throughout the entire project. Our neighbors even complimented us on how clean and respectful the construction crew was. My wife and I do not smoke and on one occasion I noticed a few cigarette butts on the outside of our property. I mentioned this to Chris, he apologized, and I never saw another cigarette butt again. The project was finished on time and on budget. We were out of our house for eight months total during the construction period. The project was no perfect- Chris met with us and told us the overall project cost might need to increase- we discussed possible options and made necessary adjustments that were mutually agreeable. We knew a large project like ours would be stressful but working with Chris made us feel more comfortable as we totally trusted him and knew he would do what was right. We hired Chris because we were impressed with him during our initial interview process and continued to be impressed with him throughout. Romero Construction would be my #1 choice for any future major construction job.

As a HVAC Contractor, I have worked with Chris Romero, Romero Construction for over 8 years. We consulted Romero Construction regarding a remodel in our home. The suggestions he gave us have been so helpful. Chris was patient with all of my questions. We have not started the project yet, but when we do it will be Romero construction and we will return to provide an updated review

Romero Construction did various projects at our home over a 10 year period of time. The biggest project included the complete rebuilding of our detached two car garage into a livable studio/cottage with a full bath. (It was a complete scrape including the pouring of a new foundation.) I found Chris Romero to be a completely trustworthy and dedicated builder. His sub contractors respect him and are skilled in their trades - he has a solid group he pulls from in the area. I found him to be courteous, flexible, very smart, solution oriented and extremely professional. He interfaced well with the inspectors and knew our planning dept. regulations. If you are looking for a low end cheap fix he's not your guy, but if you want work that's done to a very high standard by a contractor who is a genuinely good guy and will make sure it's done "right" you are in great hands with Chris.

We had a great experience working with Romero Construction. Our workshop - Chajo handcrafted furnishings - created several pieces for one of their projects that took a good deal of coordinating with Chris and his crew. They provided us with all the necessary access, plans, and logistics for development of our pieces through final installation, and Chris played an integral role in us understanding the architect's intentions and the homeowner's wishes and intentions. Our portion of the job required that most other work be completed on a scheduled date, and with the highest level of quality. Both these considerations were met, which made our work easier and ultimately yielded the best results. I would highly recommend having Romero Construction involved in your next construction project. High quality, attention-paid-to-detail, budget consciousness and their efforts to meet and exceed the clients' expectations, rank Romero Construction among the best contractors with whom we have worked.

I can't speak more highly of Chris and his team. This remodel was a personal project, but I also work in the industry, and he is truly as honest as they come. He gives detailed estimates that most importantly, are actually accurate, not just what you want to hear. He backs up his work fully and keeps in close contact to be sure you are happy throughout, at the completion of your project, and beyond. He is unfailingly responsive and easy to communicate with, which was absolutely critical for me. He and his team were right on schedule with our remodel, which included a new bathroom and laundry area, a second bathroom renovation and some very tricky moves to make the best use of our small space. Unexpectedly, the baby I was pregnant with didn't stick to mother nature's production schedule, arriving months early. This meant completing the work during an important and challenging period for our family. He and his team couldn't have been more gracious, thoughtful and respectful, while at the same time making sure I stayed invested in the quality of the outcome and got the result I had set out to achieve. I have worked with Chris and his team several times since then on smaller projects and he never disappoints. No project I undertake, big or small, on my house or for a client, doesn't get run by Chris first.

We have done a few jobs with Romero construction and have been pleased with the quality of their work and professionalism. We are pretty selective on who we work with, as there is a lot of poor quality builders in our area and I don't want that to reflect on my plumbing company. Chris is someone we will continue working for and would recommend to our clients.
