Flitch is a leading manufacturer of custom millwork in the Central Texas region specializing in the high end residential sector. More than a manufacturer, Flitch is a partner in the custom building process, providing insights and lending a wealth of experience to the design process and through the entire project. We emphasize customization throughout the process, but never lose sight of the craftsmanship goals that our customers have come to expect. Flitch is the evolution of a collaborative effort previously called Honea Woodworks. Since our founding in 2007 the members of our team have consistently proven themselves as excellent craftsmen and artists. The Flitch team embraces the challenges associated with truly custom millwork. Over the years our team has formed lasting partnerships with many highly regarded building companies and architect/design firms in central Texas. We look forward to charting new territory and a continued production of the highest quality product.

Honea Woodworks stepped in and completed a bathroom cabinetry job that another contractor abandoned. Chris and his crew were personable, professional, and fished the job in a timely manner. They came back to install the hardware when I finally found something I liked, and offered to switch it out if I ever tired of the handles/knobs. I have complete confidence in their skills and can wholeheartedly recommend Chris and his team. When I'm ready for my kitchen remodel, Honea Woodworks is the first call I'll make.

I hired Flitch, Honea Woodworks, to design and build a custom piece of furniture. They had an intuitive understanding of the idea in my head, and designed a piece I will love for my lifetime. It is made of mahogany with maple inlay, with structural elements that took time and ingenuity to design. I live out of state, so they emailed me detailed drawings during the design process, then photos as it was being created. They designed it without any hardware, it is all-wood pieces that shipped flat, and I simply assembled. It was a gift for my husband, and we loved it so much we ordered a second piece, even more complicated to design, which is just as gorgeous, functional, and durable as the first. We highly recommend Flitch for their work ethic, creativity, and quality.
