I've worked with Chaplins on several residential projects over the years and they have never let me down. The staff are knowledgable and keen to help, they work hard to help me source the right products for each project. Their showroom in Hatch End is one of the best collections of contemporary furniture you can see in this country - well worth a visit.

Went to purchase a Poltrona Frau leather sofa. The sales advisor was very knowledgable about the brand and provided all the details on available leather and colours. I was given a very competitive quotes and the order was processed promptly while I was kep updated on the delivery time frame. Upon delivery, the very courteous and friendly delivery team did an outstanding job having to take the sofa apart and reassemble due to some temporary restricted access. Very pleased with the product and the service I was provided.

We've sourced a number of lovely furniture items from Chaplins over the last few years and have found them to really professional to work with. They are always super quick to respond to email enquiry's. If you call through, there is always someone available to answer questions. They even helped us late last year when another supplier had sadly gone bust and we had to source an exact same table from Chaplins, they were able to get the order processed and turned around really quickly and thus minimised the delay to our clients. They have a HUGE database of gorgeous contemporary and quirky items and is definitely a supplier that I look to for new trends! Keep up the great work!

I have used Chaplins for years now. They have basically furnished my entire house in stages as my budget has allowed. Each time I add another iconic piece of furniture if I can. The sales staff at Chaplins have such a wealth of knowledge on their products. Sometimes I know exactly what I want to buy and other times I have taken their advice on what furniture will compliment my existing items. I trust their opinions highly and now when I walk around my house I take enormous pleasure from the pieces I have from them - A classic Eames armchair on my landing, a dining room suite from Zanotta, more Eames office chairs in my studio and my beloved Togo sofas from Ligne Rose to name but a few. I almost feel part of the family at Chaplins which is lovely but my wallet would disagree! They have so much beautiful furniture there I always walk out with something new ordered.

I used Chaplins to furnish a large 7,500 sq. ft home in the UK. Selection, advice and service were outstanding. I am not sure how we would have finished the project without their services. I have continued to use them, they recently helped me source a range of patio furniture and some specialist stacking beds.

We had superb attention from Chaplin when buying new sitting room furniture. Loretta went to great trouble finding our previous order ten years ago so we could compare new sofa sizes with what we currently have. Large size samples of fabric were provided and all our queries thoughtfully answered. I have nothing but praise for the range of products and customer service that we received.

Following an extension to our home we wanted to have a quality settee to complete the contemporary look desired. Although Chaplins are some 500 miles away we had confidence in them from start to finish. We opted for our favourite ever sofa, a Linge Roset TOGO made up of three sections. Despite the distance their competitive pricing provided us with best value. All of the staff were most helpful at all stages, i.e. during ordering, arranging delivery, confirming final dates and times for delivery and there after checking we were in safe receipt of the goods. The entire process was seamless from start to finish and we are certain to shop here again and would highly recommend Chaplins to others.

We ordered a glass table, 8 chairs and 3 bar stools. They were delivered when expected and installed by helpful and knowledgeable staff. The advice we were given when ordering was spot on. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend Chaplins.
