Desmelik & Associates is a full service design firm with over 25 years experience located in Alpharetta, Georgia. With a BFA from UGA in Interior Design concentrating on Interior Architecture and a background in construction, I have the knowledge and experience to bring a project from the ground up and watch it's beauty come to life. Over the years I have been fortunate to have worked by referral only and to have clients entrust me with their most prized possession...their homes. It is always an honor and a privilege for me to take each client's vision and bring it to life. No two jobs are ever the same...this portfolio is a small snap shot of the homes I have either built, renovated or simply decorated. My philosophy is "This is your home, and my job is to capture the true essence of the family...from lifestyle, color palette, spatial relations, practicality & function, family needs, efficiency (everything should have it's place) and budget." There is nothing more rewarding than to see the fruition of my labor come to life and how humbled I am by the reactions I receive from my clients.
My extensive construction knowledge and experience with selections, budgets, schedules, and specifications allow me to work closely with all Contractors and subs, while staying on schedule, keeping documentaion of all items and making sure the attention to detail is on point. I have experience with Commercial, as well as Residential from Single Family Homes to High Rise living both in construction and design. Most of my work can be found in the Metro Atlanta Area and North Fulton, but I have done work in Alabama, Amelia Island, Miami, Rosemary Beach and soon to be Punta Mita, Mexico.
