CCI Design specializes in full service residential design and documentation of unique Primary Residences, Vacation Homes and Residential Estates. We enjoy working on projects of all scales (Large Residences to Kitchen remodels), types and budget as long as good design is a key goal of the project. CCI's team of consultants includes, Engineering and Landscape Architecture services. Our firm has assembled a group with more than 50 years combined experience in the design of new homes and the remodeling of significant existing residences. We are particularly adept in adapting the design process to each clients needs and schedule, without sacrificing the integrity of the design or the quality of the construction, of these Heirloom Homes. Our preferred "target" market includes new and remodeled primary residences within 400 miles of Cincinnati but will travel farther for vacation/second homes. We have active projects in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida
