I have worked with Carolyn and her team for almost two years now in overseeing a complete renovation to our newly acquired home in Nantucket. My entire experience was beyond pleasurable and exceeded my expectations for such a large project that we were conquering within limiting time constraints. The entire house was beautifully transformed into a home of utter beauty and tranquility. From advice on the design and layout of the house, taking into consideration the practicality and functionality of its flow, to the wall color, room-by-room furnishings and tasteful fabrics selected, Carolyn's talent and experience were key to each and every decision. i hired Carolyn to design and install window treatments for our century old beach house in Old Lyme on the Long Island Sound. The windows were of varied sizes and located in 3 different rooms, so she need to be creative in her choice of design. Once installed, the flow is seamless. They look like they were always there and pulled the rooms together in style. Carolyn is a delight to work with, professional, approachable, and very knowledgeable at her craft. i will be calling Carolyn Thayer Interiors again!

We recently completed a design project with Carolyn. We renovated a house and Carolyn was able to help us transform it to an absolutely beautiful home. Carolyn furnished the entire house, including 5 bedrooms, living room, dining room, and a large family room in the lower level. She also helped with cabinets, countertops and backsplash in the kitchen, as well as the tile selections in 4 bathrooms. While we had to do most of the work remotely, every aspect of the job was perfect. She was always responsive to emails and phone calls, and kept the project on budget. I loved her team who made the window treatments, they were extremely professional and did a beautiful job. Carolyn was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend working with her.

Carolyn and her staff are very professional and easy to work with. They are a great team and can handle any size job with a variety of styles.
