Chi siamo

Charley's Loft was born out of the Old World craftsmanship of master upholsterer Charles Chinnici. 50 years later his daughter Carol Demore and her team carry on the tradition with beautiful window treatments and design details for the entire home. Her studio operates under the simple idea, "If we wouldn't put it in our own home, we won't put it in yours!" We are proud and grateful for the professional relationships we have built with our clients, many of whom we have seen through multiple homes and major life changes. I am retired from the design world and knew of Charley's Loft for many years. I hired them to help with drapery and bedding for my new home and was very pleased with the service I received. We even had a problem that was due to a mistake I made and they solved the problem and made it right. The attention to detail met my high standards. They helped me when I needed help and left me alone if I wanted to dig through sample books myself. I would definitely hire them again.

I have worked with Charley's Loft several times. Carol Demore is thorough & very compitant in what she does. Very knowledgeable. Her installers do a great job & the work area is always clean when they leave. I would highly recommend this company.

Carole Demore of Charley's Loft does an extraordinary job. She was quick to meet the needs of my windows throughout my home and did so with great efficiency, knowledge and kindness. The order was done very quickly and her installer was very professional and clean in his work. I highly recommend Carole over any other Interior Window designer for your home's window installments. She also did my mom's home and my sister, and they were both very happy. Carole Demore at Charley's Loft in Mentor, OH gets an AAA+

I have gotten blinds and custom window treatments through Charley's Loft and had a great experience. Carol and her team are incredibly talented and skilled designers and craftsman, and their customer service is fantastic! I highly recommend them and will be back!

I have used Charley's loft for over 30 years. Carole really knows the interior decorating business. She decorated every room in my home. The style and color of fabrics she helped me choose for my living and dining rooms are just gorgeous. My sofas and window treatments in these rooms are just timeless in regards to style! She gave me a wonderful flow of colors throughout the house. It's just perfect!!

I am an interior designer and use Charleys Loft for all of my window fabrications, pillows, shades, and anything else that I need and that they can provide for my projects. I and my clients have never been disappointed with their work!! I highly recommend them!!!

We have worked with Charley's Loft consistently for more than 15 years. Starting with our first home followed by new construction of the home we now occupy and again as we finish our basement, we have relied upon their expert advice and knowledge in all phases of interior decorating. We appreciate the time taken to consider all things important including understanding our personal tastes as well as being budget conscious. The finished product has never disappointed. We have primarily worked with Halle Chiappone . She has extraordinary taste and vision to make any project better.

The end result is always beautiful . They will work within budget guidelines and always get the look that the homeowner envisioned. I have worked with Charley's Loft for many years now and will never go anywhere else. Their design team and install team are simply the best. The service provided is beyond compare . For all my home projects, I never left my house. The design team came to my home with so many options. They walk you thru the entire process and give you the best recommendations. I have never been disappointed.

Having a couch re-upholstered... met at a convenient time, gave my color scheme and was presented with a great selection of fabrics that met my criteria... I wish I had other pieces that needed recovering. As it is, while I was there, I found a fabric that I just had to have for my kitchen (not that I was shopping for it)... and the designer created a window treatment that highlights my favorite part of the fabric pattern. I know what I like and was helped until I found the perfect fit.. I appreciate the expertise to make sure I got not only fabrics I love, but ones that also fit my needs.
