The installation folks were a pleasure to work with and careful about areas of our home outside their work area. Highly recommend!

The Cardigan team designed and installed renovations in our kitchen and master bath that totally transformed the appearances of those rooms. The "Wow factor" they created is incredible! All phases of their work was completed as scheduled and were right on budget. Their technicians were professional, courteous and efficient. You know, the kind of people we were comfortable having in our home. Cardigan even took the extra time to coordinate appliance deliveries with an outside vendor. Both Kim and Jim inspected the final product to make sure we were completely satisfied and the quality of the workmanship met their requirements and our expectations. Our family, friends and other contractors have seen the "new" kitchen and master bath and are very impressed with the new look. We were really impressed from the very start. During the design and cost phases, they offered thoughtful insights about our ages (we are active adults), mobility, and how long we planned to stay in our home. These are considerations of truly experienced professionals. Bottom line - Would we recommend Kitchen and Baths by Cardigan? ABSOLUTELY!

Jim worked with me to develop an estimate for a bathroom renovation. He has a very nice professional manner and made many helpful suggestions for design and materials for the renovation. When I needed to delay and then cancel the project, he agreed to reimburse my down payment. I look forward to considering their services in the future and will recommend folks to them.

I had a master bathroom remodeled and every step of the process was pleasant. They came to my home and took measurements which was super convenient for me. I only went to the showroom to view my designs and received personalized service. The installer was highly skilled and did a very professional job. Excellent workmanship and quality products at a very good price. I'm having them remodel my guest bathroom and kitchen next. I've already recommended them to my friends!

They did a wonderful job with a total kitchen remodel for us. We collected proposals from four different companies and Cardigan fell within the middle regarding price and quality of cabinetry. They did an excellent job removing a wall and enlarged our kitchen. The were prompt and professional!! They completed the remodel on schedule!. It's been almost three years and are very satisfied we choose cardigan.

Installed new Kitchen countertops, undermount sink, new faucet and drinking water filtration system. They also fixed a minor plumbing issue associated with our whole house humidifier. Everyone involved from beginning to end was courteous, prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

Our project included a kitchen island makeover. Jim helped draw out the layout that met our main objectives - adding storage and expanding counter space - while staying within our budget. Cardigan outlined the timeline for the project and the steps needed such as selecting hardware, faucet and granite. Before making key design decisions or changes Jim took the time to educate and answer our questions. Cardigan timely replied and followed up on all correspondence since the day one. When execution time arrived Cardigan's crew was prompt, efficient and maintained the clean work area. The installation was done professionally and neatly. Impressively the timeline met its targets throughout the project. Cardigan truly exceeded our expectations and left us very comfortable in offering a referral.

Cardigan completed our bathroom shower on time. All their personnel were professional and they were especially careful in putting down canvas, protecting our oak flooring. Their tile and plumbers did exceptional work. I couldn't be more pleased..although I might of searched and saved a few bucks..believe me their end product is well worth a couple dollars more and they are very reasonable--the old adage you get what you pay for applies to Cardigan ten fold.
