We moved in to our new Capistrano built home in July 2018. We could not be more pleased with our home and with the building process with Caesar. When we first bought our lot, we asked around and found nothing but glowing reviews about Caesar. After meeting with him and looking at his other builds we knew he was the person we wanted to work with. Throughout our 11 month build, Caesar was responsive, honest, knowledgable, reliable, pleasant and a good communicator. He had excellent ideas that built on our own desires and made the house even better than we hoped. Above all else, we believe Caesar went above and beyond what he had to do to build a high quality home that we love living in. We recommend Caesar without reservation.

i recently had caesar and his amazing crew build my house in viewpoint. the workmanship was some of the best I've seen. caesar was extremely knowledgeable with energy efficiency. capistrano produced a very comfortable house to live in, plus a very energy efficient home as well. i could not be more pleased with this amazing group of craftsmen.

This is our second custom home built by Caesar and we could not be more pleased. We love our home! Throughout the project Caesar kept us informed on the budget and timetable. He was always looking for ways to give us quality custom work while saving money in the process. He had some great creative ideas that really gave our home that extra touch. We bought a lot in Prescott after living in California for 50 years. Researched builders online and narrowed it down to Capistrano Homes and 2 others. Talked to Caesar on the phone, was impressed and came over for a meeting. Spent 6 hours discussing his methods, philosophy and walking our lot. We all went to lunch and we decided we didn't need to interview anyone else. From the beginning, Caesar and his crew did an outstanding job. Caesar put everything in writing and we agreed on a budget. Our custom home project went smoothly and since we were new to the process, Caesar walked us through it. He earned our trust and we liked his attention to detail. I'm sure we were trying at times but we had a great relationship. Our home was completed on schedule, and budget, and we are thrilled with it. We had a great experience after hearing all of the horror stories about building a home. Caesar and company did our landscaping as well. The neighbors comment on what a good job they did. We even named our new puppy "Capo" after Caesar. We would recommend Capistrano Homes to anyone and hope that Caesar is not too busy to take on their project. Good builders are hard to find and even harder to schedule...

We found Capistrano Homes and Landscaping through one of our neighbors who had a similar project done by Caesar. We were very impressed by the work done at their home. Caesar excels at designing and rendering your ideas onto 3D and video formats. We had basic ideas of what we wanted and Caesar helped us with his vast store of experience and additional suggestions. The plans were spectacular. The project from the bottom up included planning for drainage, an outdoor staircase connecting our upper deck to the lower patio area, an outdoor fireplace, raised planting areas, an artificial grass area and a beautiful rust treated perimeter fence. His team was comprised of hard workers, very well skilled and professional. The project was completed in a timely fashion, on budget and came out beautiful! Beyond our expectations! We would highly recommend Caesar and his company to anyone who wants top quality and professional work done.

Caesar built our walk out home 2006. When he first saw the lot, he said where is the lot? It was all down hill. It fired him up. Oh, that fire in him paid off. We have an amazing home. He was fun to work with and had great ideas. He can be in the box or out of the box. Or, just turn him loose and see what he has. Oh, he has such amazing ideas! Caesar, built my house. As contractor, he hired the best "subs" and involved himself closely with the whole building process. Throughout the process, various "tweeks" were discussed and acted upon to improve the overall design. At the end we have a wonderful well built house. Additionally, Caesar has remained in close contact since the construction to address any issues such as recaulking various areas as a result of wood shrinkage during the first year - actually he told us about this at the end of construction. He remains a friend which is in and of itself is probably the best recommendation. As is obvious from the above he is a completely honest person dedicated to building the best possible house

Capistrano Homes (Caesar del Prato) built me an incredible, unique and one off customised home. From initial planning and budgeting through to very detailed construction, Caesar has been a true professional with very honest, clear and detailed communication. The creativity and unique features included superb metal work undertaken by Caesar himself for a truly unique internal chimney and kitchen extractor hood cover. The outside living area has a super fireplace, BBQ and seating area that fully match my dream. It is a true extension of my beautiful customized kitchen that Caesar's creativity and computer skills created from several crazy ideas I had. The granite and customized bathrooms are a sight to be seen. Capistrano Homes managed all the sub contractors with passion and detail for every detail to be at Caesar's very high standards. No compromise or short cut would be a great motto for his work. 9 months from start to finish with deadlines and budgets all managed and attained. We hired Caesar for a front porch expansion. He is very easy to work with, is creative and stays on budget. We had a front porch that no one ever noticed. Now people come by our house to see our beautiful patio. He created a unique living space that we greatly enjoy. We will definitely work with Caesar again!
