Outstanding service, great prices and professional crew! Our sales rep did a great job by providing estimates through my measurements and photos to help us determine the product and services we wanted to proceed with. The communication from the time of the order to final installation was seamless. The lead foreman asked for our input and kept us informed throughout the installation process. He also provided his professional advice when asked. The demo and install process took less than two days! I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them. Ok to start we did all new cabinets and quartz counter tops, price wise was fair. Did the job as scheduled, one of the 3 full 8 ft tall cabinets had a hole knocked out of the top back, which they have yet to repair one year later, on the same cabinet the spacers above and below the microwave does not line up on the face. Next one section of the counter top cracked and they did replace it, but now the seam where they join has a dark groove on a white counter top that requires you have to clean with a touth brush to get it clean, and after a year of dealing with them on this, I stopped today and ask again about them fixing it and was basically told that it is what it is live with it or pay another $8000 to to have some one replace it. Bottom line is I was going to have them do the cabinets and counters in both my bathrooms, but that work will go to someone else, along with my recommendation. Nice people to deal with but not much for costumer satisfaction.

I purchased a granite countertop for my kitchen and could not be more pleased with the result. The entire process from the first time I stepped into the showroom was a pleasure. The showroom staff, installers and owner were helpful, professional and courteous. I feel that I have not only found a company that I will certainly use for all my future countertop and cabinet needs but have made some friends along the way. The staff was extremely helpful with selecting the countertop, backsplash and sink and colors that would work well with our selection. The completed work is beautiful and far exceeded our expectations.

I am enjoying my brand new kitchen. We had new cabinets, backsplash, and floor done. I am still getting use to the new Lazy Susan cabinets in the corners. I am not use to the way the doors close, but the Lazy Susans sure help a lot to find things. I seem to have more room in the cabinets. I like the backsplash it really looks great. The tile floors it looks good and it is so easy to keep clean. All the people who came to work on each area were very polite and answered all our questions. They helped in anyway they could. They also made some recommendation and good ideas. Burt made us a valance for above the sink. It looks great. Burt was very helpful with a suggestion for the backsplash,. instead of using squares use a diamond pattern. I really liked the idea. I would hire anyone of these people to do more work for me again.

Very professional to work with. Finished product they did, turned out great! I would not hesitate to use them again, for my other condo.

Our experience with BT Kitchen and Bath was a wonderful one, in all aspects. We were treated well, our questions answered honestly and completely, and we were not rushed at any time. They were very professional both in their advice concerning which product would be best for our kitchen, and in setting up the install time, etc. The installers did a great job, and treated our home with respect. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair, reputable company to deal with. Kitchen projects can be a nightmare, but this one has not been at all.

I was referred to this company by a friend. I reviewed their Web page and was impressed right away. You can view their products that are displayed just like being at their showroom. We always like to perview before going to the physical location and meeting the sales staff. We saw what we liked, and we liked what we saw. We contacted them and felt right away we knew these people. felt right at home in our conversations. We explained what we were looking for, they gave us our options, pointed out areas of concern, came up with solutions. Priced us and we asked if that was the down payment and they said no that is the entire cost. Cabinets, Granite counter tops, and hardware with complete delivery and installation. We even got to go out and look at our own personal slab of granite. We gave the ok and the process went great. The last note, this whole process from start to finish took less than one hour of our time at their showroom. The rest of the process was done online or by email. This really was helpful since we are out of towners and could not be here.

Kitchen and bath cabinets, new construction. Project was on time and within budget. Warranty issues were fixed in fast order. Cleaned up after construction work.
