Schmidt Custom Homes was recommended to us by our architect. I honestly can't say enough good things about Cody and his company. Cody was always available to patiently answer questions and guide our family through the building process. He brought many pragmatic solutions to the table whenever we were faced with an important design/selection decision. It's worth mentioning that all of the subcontractors we met on-site spoke very well of Cody, specifically commenting on his meticulous nature. Cody did an amazing job, and we love our house. We will forever be thankful to Cody for his hard work, and for removing much of the stress that people often associate with building a custom home.
