We contracted with JN Residential to add a sunroom to our house in November of 2019. He gave us a timeline of 3-4 months. We are in the 9th month of this project. He has been completely unprofessional. I do not know if he has been over extended or going through personal problems, but he paid zero attention to our project. He was unable to place our windows order correctly and pitched a fit when we stopped him until he realized ordering the correct ones would save him money. The windows have been in for over 6 months now and still do not function or seal properly. He has shown no respect for us or our property. When there was more dirt than expected from digging the foundation the site manager asked us where they could put the dirt and instead they put the dirt where we had specifically told them not to and ended up destroying our lawn. He will not own up to the mistakes he has made and instead just ghosts us and draws the process out further. Stay away from this disaster of a company.

We hired JN to build our house after getting estimates from a total of 3 builders. JN wasn't the most expensive nor was he the least which is what we wanted. Something in the middle so we could adjust either way during the building process. JN's estimate came in just under the actual cost by about 15%. Any overcost was mainly due to upgrades that we had already anticipated might happen. The time frame in which this was to be completed was 6 months. But there were delays mainly due to a lot of rain and waiting on utilities to be installed. It took 9 months but like I said at least 7 weeks of that was due to how much rain came down in the last year. Overall Jeff was easy to work with. He sat down with us and we went over the house plans and discussed the basics and what to expect during the building process. Changes during the planning phase are easier to make. We were also fortunate enough to live very close by while the house was being built so we could see what was going on daily and request any changes or ask questions about work being done. I recommend to visit at least once a week if possible to see how things are going as again changes are easier to make during building rather than after. Post-build Jeff has been very responsive to fix any issues we have had. We haven't felt like he is avoiding us as he works fast to correct any issues we may have while we break in the new house. We were unhappy with the result of the master shower and Jeff absorbed the cost to have it redone to our satisfaction.

JN Residential arranged for installation of gutters, ordered and installed the gutter guards, and made sure that downspouts were added in the right locations. In addition repairs to facia were done and the appropriate downspouts were set up to discharge to rain barrels. All work was quality work done by quality workers. All questions were answered with respectful explanations.

Working with JN Residential was a wonderful experience. Jeff was professional, respectful and very easy to work with. He listened to our concerns or questions offered advice and built us our dream home. He kept us always up-to-date and very involved in the process... even our children. If we ever need any work done for renovations/finishing the basement in the future we would hire him again in a heartbeat. Wonderful process, wonderful product, wonderful person.

Jeff's company did 2 projects for me over the course of 3 months at the end of 2015: built a bathroom in my basement off my family room and did some renovations and upgrades to my kitchen and great room area. Jeff provided valuable advice on the bathroom layout and products. In the kitchen, i installed a new granite counter top, with a different configuration and bar top than the old one. I also had crown molding installed in the entire great room/kitchen area and new pendant lights over the bar top. During the process, Jeff's crew was always on time, came when they said they would, were very helpful, and completed what they said they were going to do. The work was excellent and I am very pleased with the results. I needed this done in time to host a large family gathering at my house over the holidays and Jeff and his crew made it happen on time. I would definitely use his company again if I need something else done.

We hired Jeff for our basement renovation. He was invaluable during the insurance and claim process. He completed the work on time, on budget and to our full satisfaction. We will definitely use him again for any future work needed on our house and will strongly recommend him to family and friends.

We hired Jeff Nathan to complete our bathroom and kitchen remodel. Jeff was very through and detail oriented. He was there every step of the way. He went with us to pick out our granite slab and was there when the granite was measured and installed. When we could not be there, we trusted him to pick out our semi-frameless shower glass and door. He knew our décor taste and picked out a beautiful shower. He took the extra steps to insure that everything went smoothly and was exactly as we wanted it. Jeff was accurate in his budget and time estimates. He worked diligently to get everything done as quickly as possible. Our remodel went very smoothly, and we are thrilled with the results. I would highly recommend Jeff Nathan and J&N Residential to anyone.

Jeff Nathan does GREAT WORK! I hired this company and he did FANTASTIC work. My grandfather was a very good builder and I am very critical and I was amazed with him. He shows up on time clean neat and stays on budget!!! He has very reasonable prices!! If there is any problems he solves them right away I can't see hiring any other builder to repair, redo, or build new. I have referred him to other people and he did the same for them.

I met Jeff at a network function. He is very personable and knowledgable. After research many contractors I chose Jeff. His quote was accurate and reasonable. His assessment of the work to be preformed was thoroungh. The work was performed on time and his associates were professional.
