Excellent company to work with. The owner, site supervisor, project manager and the trades were all very pleasant, considerate, had great advice, and performed beyond our expectations. They all took great care to make sure the project was completed to our liking, and on time, and within the budget. They did not cut corners. All had great suggestions to make the most out of our project.

In 2022, after deciding to share our house with our son and his family, we engaged New Vision Projects to construct a two bedroom-two bathroom self-contained suite in what then was a dark, cold, basement for my husband and I. We moved in last fall and we are very happy with the results. There is more than enough space for our needs, we are cosy and warm and the light pours in through our many windows. There were some blips along the way but Brandon and Justin responded quickly to our concerns and dealt with them effectively.

We used New Vision to complete our basement renovation from studs to finish, including changing configuration of the walls, stairs and structural support. Brad was our main point of contact and was fantastic at navigating the COVID situation and navigating regulations from the City while getting the work done efficiently while meeting schedule. Overall, we are thrilled with the quality of work that was done, and would definitely use them again if the need arises.

New Visions Projects were fantastic to work with. From the initial consultation to completion of the project Brandon and his team executed the vision of our project masterfully. They allowed us to be in conversation during the whole process and worked hard to help everything stay on budget. Our onsite construction manager was fantastic and his insight and experience with building homes really helped move the project forward. New Vision Projects is passionate about this line of work and it shows.

I highly recommend New Vision projects. They did my entire townhouse and I was pleased with the results. They worked in a very professional manner, kept to the budget (except when I added extras) and I knew when and how much each 'draw' would be. I especially like the fact that they stand solidly behind the work they do and will make any necessary 'tweaks' after the job has been completed.

I would highly recommend New Vision Projects for any renovation, remodelling, fixer upper projects. Brandon and his crew are first class. They transformed our neglected, never been updated, 45 year old house into our beautiful, stunning, forever home!! From old wiring to rotten framing everything was completely replaced and brought back to life. Brandon kept us updated throughout the process and worked tirelessly to complete our renovation. He truly went above and beyond what we ever expected. I can't thank New Vision enough for all they did for us, we truly love our new and improved home!

This year we completed a large kitchen/dining area/living room project (Industrial Revolution) with New Vision Projects and we couldn't be happier with the finished result! Brandon and Danny were upfront, honest and a pleasure to deal with from the start. Having had a very bad experience with a large project several years ago, we were very nervous about undertaking another reno. The crew that worked on our home were professional, efficient, trustworthy and friendly. With an amazing design from Sarah Gallop Inc. and the hard work of the NVP crew, we were finished on time and on budget! We would not hesitate in recommending NVP to anyone and will definitely hire them again.

I have worked with Brandon on many projects over the last few years. He and his team are always great to work with. Everything is straightforward and well organized, with the home owner involved and part of the process. I have worked with numerous contracting companies and New Vision is one of the best. After seeing how they work and the transformations of their projects, I would not hesitate to recommend them.

New Vision and Brandon completed a main bathroom for us. It was a demo to the studs and rebuilt. They did an excellent job. Brandon was always available to answer questions and get changes done smoothly and the job progressed quickly.

We were very happy with New Vision. A complete rebuild of our master bathroom went smoothly, staying on budget and schedule. The quality of workmanship was excellent and all trades were careful to contain dust within the construction area. We had a couple of loose ends at the end of the project that took some time to tidy up but the end result was very satisfactory. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company.

As a design professional with 20 plus years of experience I had worked with many contractors. When it came time to choose one to work on my own home, I knew the New Vision Team would be the perfect choice. After walking them through the space and explaining the design, I received a detailed quote and timeline that made it easy for me to commit. During the project I was traveling a lot and Brandon would keep me updated by text and email. When I returned from a trip and stop by the site there was never any surprises. Such a treat for a designer! Working for a designer can be demanding and Brandon and Danny rose to the challenge! I very much enjoyed working with them and their trades and I love my renovated Beach House! Thanks New Vision Projects. You Guys are the Best! Jan Rutgers
