BRYJO Roofing and Remodeling

We are so happy with our recent kitchen remodel by Bryjo. They demolished a 46-year old kitchen, raised the ceiling, redid the lighting and did everything else from top to bottom. They also did the flooring and paint in an adjacent room. They had incredible references so when they found a huge structural flaw during demolition we had peace of mind that we had chosen a top notch company. They had to add supports to a dangerously unsupported ceiling. In doing so they had to make some architectural changes. I couldn’t visualize exactly how the affected 2 rooms would look. I had lived with the old structure for 36 years and was scared of how it would all come together. They managed to find a functional and beautiful solution to the problem. Everything just flows together seamlessly. You would never know the house wasn’t originally designed that way. They were also the only company that figured out how to add a pantry to my kitchen, as well as a blind corner pull out. We kept the same footprint but the kitchen feels larger and has more storage than before. I don’t know how they did it. The entire Bryjo family - Michael, Maria and Bryan - took care of us when there were any issues and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We highly recommend them. In fact, we will be getting an estimate from them today for a bathroom remodel. They have a gifted carpenter (Mahlon), great subcontractors, and a great work ethic.

Bryan and his team did a fabulous job remodeling our kitchen! He was very professional and responsive, and helped us make some great choices. Even with us adding and changing things during the renovation, they completed it on time and went above and beyond to make sure that everything was what we exactly wanted. We were blown away by the result and have loved using our new kitchen the last several months.

I never anticipated how much I would love my new BRYJO kitchen! The end product, a striking combination of visual and functional appeal, far exceeds my expectations. However, my dream kitchen exists only because BRYJO listened carefully to my requirements, hired only qualified and conscientious contractors, and maintained strict oversight of the project. Maria, my project manager, was onsite almost every day, often checking in more than once, and sending an alternate if she had a conflict. She was excellent at communicating by phone, text or e-mail, in addition to site visits, and I always knew the day's or week's scheduled activity. She kept the project on schedule and on budget with no sacrifice to quality. All subs were prompt and polite, and they cleaned up the site every single day. BRYJO expected its subs to use only quality parts and materials. As would be expected, BRYJO maintained a philosophy of perfection for the customer, and I saw the efforts the company takes to uphold that philosophy. My project included replacing tile floor with hardwood. The new hardwood abutted existing hardwood floors. The challenge for the flooring sub was to match the hardwood stain. Unfortunately, the first selection, when seen on the floor after staining and sealing, was not a good match at all. The only solution acceptable to Maria was to strip the first stain and reapply a different choice. This was done, and the result was a much better match. Not every contractor would have insisted on the refinish, but Maria expected better results for her client. My experience with BRYJO was nothing but positive. I felt like my vision was their vision, and BRYJO turned the vision into reality. Scope: Complete kitchen redo/reconfiguration: floors (replace tile with wood), cabinets, backsplash, all appliances, quartz counters, add pocket door,etc. Tear out and replace existing fireplace stone and mantel (which had replaced original) in adjoining dining room, replace tile floor with wood, add built in cabinet and floating shelves, update French doors.

We chose BRYJO to remodel our two bathrooms and were extremely pleased with the outcome! BRYJO was very professional and thorough in their workmanship. We enjoyed working with Bryan. He was personable, attentive to details and easy to work with during the entirety of the projects. The crew for each specific project was hard-working, dependable and reliable with scheduling. BRYJO was able to masterfully execute our original ideas and needs for each bathroom to our complete satisfaction. We are very pleased with our beautiful new bathrooms! We would wholeheartedly recommend BRYJO for remodeling projects and home renovations.

BryJo recently renovated the Camp House kitchen at the Dallas Arboretum and did a great job. They maintained both budget and timeline as discussed. Finishes were perfect and they were easy to work with. It was a challenging project due to the age of the house and historical finishes that needed to be maintained. They handled every challenge with great solutions and professionalism.

We hired Bry-Jo for significant remodeling in several areas of our house and are very pleased with their excellent workmanship throughout. They provided very good guidance and advice as we selected fixtures, colors, etc. Additionally, we felt they represented our interests very well in communications with product and material suppliers. Bry-Jo has been very good to work with and we are very pleased with having selected them as our remodeling contractor. We unequivocally recommend Bry-Jo to others for their remodeling needs. In fact, we have hired Bry-Jo to also do extensive remodeling and updating on our kitchen and game room areas.

The Bryjo company is awesome! Everyone from the office to the crews that came to work on our kitchen remodel was efficient and did great work. The crews always cleaned the area at the end of the day and were very considerate and professional. Maria was awesome to work with and made the kitchen remodel a pleasurable one. She is a great communicator and supplied us with a schedule so that we were aware of the process for the remodel. Yes, there were some hiccups but they were handled immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any project you might be looking at. Bryjo might be a bit more expensive than others but we got above and beyond what we expected and are so excited to enjoy our remodel kitchen for the holidays. We will not hesitate to use them or our next remodel. We Love our kitchen!!!!

BRYJO does great work, and we couldn't be happier with how it all came together in the end. We love our kitchen/living/dining areas. Everything is more functional, and we get comments all the time about how it looks like it's from a design magazine.

We are finishing up our second project with Bry-Jo and are already in their queue for the third. So far they've done a spectacular kitchen for us (see the Cypress Hills kitchen for photos) and are now finishing up an incredible outdoor kitchen (that I would have pinned to my outdoor kitchen ideabook on Houzz if it had existed before they built it). It is stunning!!! Maria is the the first contractor we've ever worked with who caught issues before we did. Her attention to detail is phenomenal. It is no surprise that they are booked out at least 6 months in advance. Their quality is worth the wait. Highly recommend, without reservation.

BryJo went beyond our expectations when we used them to do a major remodel of our master bathroom. We removed a wall, moved the door, expanded to double sinks, increased the cabinet space, and replaced the tub/shower with a large walk-in shower. Everything from the design help, material choice, plumbing, electrical, tile work, cabinetry, to drywall, texture, and paint was all top notch. We can highly recommend their work in all areas of remodeling and roofing. Yes, we've also had them put a roof on a few years ago. Our bathroom now seems twice as large in the same space and we are very happy.

We highly recommend BRYJO construction! They are very professional. They plan every detail thoroughly prior to beginning their work. They have excellent workers who are supervised frequently. They do the job correctly from start to finish. The finished projects are just what we wanted. So far we have added a driveway, a sidewalk, a workshop, and a backyard patio with cover. Now we are planning a complete makeover for our master bedroom, closet, and bathroom. Highly recommended!

I had BryJo build a beautiful patio for me during covid restrictions. Despite all the craziness with covid, everything was done to perfection. The results were amazing. It was great to see the attention to detail that I had never experienced from other contractors in the past. For example, every brick in the fireplace was carefully measured and leveled to perfection. Everyone was also friendly and great to work with. A+
