Highly, highly recommend BR Design Build! Craig is a rare gem in his field and then some--an absolute wealth of knowledge. He provided practical, effective, and beautiful solutions to every issue I have (many!). He is honest, relatable, and genuinely likes helping people specific to their budget and desires.

Craig is an absolute angel. We had work done to regrade our front yard, install a silt trap and have two pop ups put in. Our HOA was a nightmare about it and Craig was professional and fantastic throughout the entire process. His team not only did a fantastic job, they came back and moved one of the pop-ups back by a few inches after the HOA came around with a measuring tape. I cannot recommend BR Design Build more highly.

My experience with Craig and his crew was exceptional. The job was fairly small. He extended a flower bed, tilled in a large amount of rich soil and helped me pick out shrubs and a tree. They planted and mulched. He also installed a brick walkway between my neighbors' driveway and mine. His crew was very professional and punctual. Craig did a larger job for my neighbor and we have both had compliments on jobs well done. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and highly recommend them.

For 3 months, I was doing what felt like prison-work/slave labor, tearing out an old patio and installing a new one by myself. I reached my limit about halfway through the process, and that's when I found BR Design Build out of a handful of other firms on the market. They finished what I started (and corrected some of my mistakes) in a matter of 3 days. I cannot tell you how much of a relief this has brought me. They were: receptive to what I had in mind; thorough in their analysis of the situation; clear in their communication of what they could do and how they could do it; prompt in their service; excellent in their quality of work; and the price was right. They even gave advice about how to maintain the patio after all the bills had been paid. I would recommend this company over any other patio-contractor, and this comes from somebody who works in the construction industry.

BRDesign Build was great choice. We had exterior underground piping installed to keep water away from the property. They explained in detailed as to what to expect, the products to be installed, and the time frame that it would take. BR Design Build completed the well within the timeframe. The job was neat a clean up was wonderful. I would highly recommend them. Thanks for a job very well done

Craig at BR Design Build was great to work with. He provided me with an excellent landscape design for our new pool area, which was executed in a timely manner and at a very reasonable price. He was very responsive to any questions I raised during the process. Even when there were some minor differences between the design/planning discussions, he made sure everything was completed as discussed during the final phase. Great experience overall.

They built and vanishing edge pool with deck, poolhouse, and landscaping. We loved it so much we asked them to redo our other pool. This was more than 5 years ago. They are available for repairs on their product. I had them work on some tile damage from a freeze last winter and they have replaced some of the pumps that wore out. I would use them again.

BR Design Build performed from start to finish head and shoulders above the other firms I received proposals from, and I could not be happier with the result. My project involved the construction of a patio in the rear of my new townhome underneath an existing deck. It included two stone walls, landscaping, and a zip-up system dry space. The job was completed on-time and became the "talk of the neighborhood".

This company was hired to build an outdoor fireplace/patio at our country home and created a magnificent area to share time together with the glow of a warm fire, a place to roast marshmallows, and watch the night sky!! They were efficient and neat during the building phase....cleaned up each day....were respectful of our family activities. Craig Smith offered suggestions that enhanced the project even more than we had envisioned.

Had a great experience with Craig Smith and BR Design Build when they built our backyard pool area. Craig has such a creative eye that he made it very easy to make up our minds on what design we wanted. Workers were polite and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
