Boston Stone Restoration

We have used Boston Stone Restoration in 2 of our homes. Every time they restore our marble surfaces to brand new condition. Paul and his team are experts at what they do and provide outstanding service. They can be counted on to deliver great results and exceed expectations.

BSR just re-did my marble kitchen counters with a WONDERFUL new product, More Anti-Etch surfacing. It's incredibly thin, "baked" on through the use of UV light (sort of like a gel manicure). The counters are so beautiful, and the stone -- marble was not the best kitchen choice for an owner who cooks -- is protected against the usual insults of wear, tear, heat, pots, and so on. The installation team arrived exactly on time, worked effectively and efficiently until the job was done, and cleaned the kitchen (including the floor!) before departing. Both product and people get 5 stars.

We built a house 4 years ago and put polished Carrara marble in the kitchen, which I regretted quickly after seeing how "beat up" they got with day to day use. It has been one year now since we had Boston Stone Restoration do our polishing and clearstone on marble kitchen counters...they still look beautiful, like the day we moved in!! Boston Stone Restoration applied The Clearcoat finish to our new marble countertops. We loved the look of marble but were worried about how it would hold up with day to day use. We are very happy with the choice. Paul did a great job with the installation and the follow up has also been terrific. The product itself is expensive, but considering the cost of marble it's worth every penny to protect your investment. We highly recommend Boston Stone Restoration for your needs. I've used Boston Stone Restoration multiple times to seal my granite. They are very professional and really know their stone. One instance I had left something on my granite counter tops for a week while I was away and it left a stain. I could not get the stain out. I originally called a different company who came and said they could get the stain out. They required me to pay up front but did not get the stain out only made it lighter. They told me there was no way to remove the stain because we had waited too long. I then saw the owner, Paul, on this old house as an expert in stone restoration. So I called Paul at Boston Stone Restoration and he was able to remove the entire stain as if it were never there. I could not believe it. He also did not overcharge me because I this point I would have paid anything. While the other company attempted to scrub at the stain, Paul knew exactly how to treat the stone. The stain was located in a place that your eye went to so I really thought at some point I was going to have to replace my entire countertops until Boston Stone Restoration came and fixed it. I would definitely recommend them. It is hard to find people that are honest, qualified, personable and reasonably priced for the quality!
