They replaced my roof, gutters, windows and Doors, also did complete restoration when my basement flooded. I use them for two reasons. 1) Customer service - Read the book "Raving Fans" - and you will know what I am talking about. Polite, experienced and reliable service. The owner " Jeff" answers the phone and he and his team respond immediately. Bottom line is when you, call they deliver. I highly recommend them for any home improvement or restoration projects. 2) Quality - Best products and phenomenal clean up. They did my roof in one day, I never would have even known that they were there, except I had an amazing new roof when I came home from work. The dumpster was gone, all nails, shingles etc. were perfectly cleaned up.

Jeff and his team did a fantastic job fixing our house after a tree fell on it. Our addition and new roof were only one year old and you would never know the damage that was done to it. Bloomfield Construction made it new again and we have not had any issues

The Bloomfield Construction team was the right choice for our big decision to add new siding and trim job for many reasons. Courteous, on time, non pressuring, and transparent on costs of the job. They build trust and we are now looking at a second job with them for the spring. The quality you receive for a fair price in comparison to the market will be your daily visual satisfaction. Our project manager, Joe Pllumbaj, was the glue that pulled this together. He is a consumate professional, a great guy. Bloomfield Construction resided my home with James Hardie. The house looks great and the crew who installed it was terrific. They were there everyday and cleaned up every night. The supervisor and the crew took care of any concerns I had and did a great job. I would hire them for any other project we might have.

Bloomfield was 1 of 3 contractors we spoke with to replace old OSB siding with Hardie Board. It was an expensive project and Bloomfield was the lowest cost. We worried about getting what you pay for but I did a lot of research on them including speaking with the local Hardie representative. The team did a great job on the house. We delayed it due to a window installation but they were courteous to wait for this small project to be done. The team cleaned up every day after they were done and kept a tidy work area. The night before the final walkthrough I walked around the house and wrote down about 10-12 punch list items they needed to fix before I wrote the check. I arrived at the final walkthrough in the early afternoon with my list in hand. Every single item on it was addressed that morning before I showed up in the afternoon. Joe, our project manager, was courteous and replied to all of our questions in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

I received excellent service when I made a middle of the night emergency call: diagnosed the problem and gave me a very good reference~ ~ all free! Prompt, friendly, professional.

Bloomfield Construction installed my vinyl siding on my home in West Bloomfield. They did an excellent job at a very competitive price. The job was completed in a timely manner and they did a great job cleaning up afterwards. The siding looks great. I'm happy that I chose Bloomfield Construction for the job and would highly recommend them to anyone.

This company was hired to repair my house after a chimney fire. There were multiple problems including a wood burning stove installed without pulling the required building permit and the stove was not installed per manufactures requirements. They refused to finish the job and refused to release me from the contract so I could hire someone else to finish the job. I had to hire a engineer to inspect my house and to determine the safety of the structure of the room that had the fire and learned that there was a building code violation with inadequate bearing on 2 rafters. Finally I had to file a complaint with the State of Michigan because they would not finish the job and they would not release me from the contract so I could hire someone else to finish the job. The State of Michigan and my township together finally were able to get this company to release me from the contract. If anyone is thinking about hiring this company I would be happy to share with you pictures of some of the work they did on my house as well as let you look at the engineers report on the condition of my house after they worked on it. Now I am receiving phone calls from the company telling me they are coming out to my house and taking the wood burning stove and I have had to get help from the police. And I have been informed that they have called one of the companies who finished the work on my house asking them questions.

Jeff and his team did an outstanding job repairing our home after a storm hit just weeks before my daughter's graduation party. Their response time was excellent and the contractors that they used for the repairs were very professional. Their vast knowledge and involvement with the insurance company made the process a good experience and our house looks terrific!

Well, the crew has just completed the last repair job on my house from the gigantic storm that came through Lake Orion in April. Many thanks to Jeff Petrucci and Bloomfield Construction for acting as the general contractor on this comprehensive project which included a new roof, paint and plaster both interior and exterior and, a new chimney to name a few. Total fix over $40K. Excellent work throughout. Also, a big thank you to State Farm Insurance. Did I ever tell you I love you?
