Clients choose Bisca for many reasons; the main being the difference really is in the detail. We allow our designers complete freedom to treat each project individually, not restricting designs around a range of existing stock or common parts. Previous clients have commented on our astonishing attention to detail and strenuous project process which sees their commission being built 3 times – at least once in virtual 3D, again in our workshop prior to despatch and finally at installation. Your finished commission will be flawless, literally, and will withstand the closest inspection. Our own craftsmen will carry out your installation and because they are totally in tune with your project this final stage will be smooth and without fuss. Our focus remains on your project from beginning to end and we never leave installation to others. Bisca are widely acknowledged as leading the bespoke staircase design and manufacture market. We have achieved this by refusing to accept second best in respect of materials, people, or processes. Excellent company and lovely people to deal with. We had our staircase fully refurbished and the transformation is absolutely stunning, we are so happy. Customer service, which we personally value as equal to quality, is second to none. Highly recommended.

We love our new staircase. From the first conversation with Caroline in sales to the installation itself the process was very smooth. The designer was really helpful and talked us through every step. The installation team were just brilliant and so hard working. We'll probably never have the need for another staircase, but if we did we would not hesitate to use Bisca again.

Service provided was excellent from initial idea and design through to delivery. Bisca met all the deadlines and budget forecasts we agreed. We found their staff to be friendly and highly skilled. They interpreted our requirements very well and delivered a quality staircase.

Hatch Photography

Photographing for BISCA is always an enjoyable experience, I get a boost of inspiration for each project I visit, they are all unique, sympathetic to their surroundings yet always giving that WOW factor. I especially like the detail shots, I can focus in on the contrasting materials to show off the flawless quality of these beautiful hand made structures. It is also lovely hear the reaction from their customers, who can't wait to tell me how pleased they are, which makes my job a lot easier!
