We hired Bill in 2019 to create a landscape plan for our large 1 acre lot. Bill really listened and worked closely with us to come up with a great master plan for our landscaping and backyard entertaining space. Bill has a lot of enthusiasm about his work and it made the planning process very easy. We are in the process of implementing the changes as budget allows, but are very excited about the vision that Bill created.

Bill Shapton prepared a landscaping plan for my 1-acre site in Riverside, CA. Before he started preparing the plan, he and I discussed our goal and vision for the landscaping plan. Not only did he incorporate what we wanted but he also provided his own input and added features into the plan that made the improvements look superb. He is very knowledgeable, professional, honest, and pleasant to work with. I will not hesitate to recommend him.

Bill designed our landscaping based on our ideas and his creativity, referred us to a great contractor, and followed up to make sure the work was completed to our satisfaction. He integrated different plants and textures and layers of color that transformed our once mediocre yard into a beautiful and easy to maintain landscape. We love the finished result.

He is an architect, a guide and a friend to all those he works with. Bill helped us renovate a tired and confused one-acre garden, giving it new life and a renewed beauty. He will walk you through a deliberate and thorough process that will result in your perfect solution, then he will remain involved and attentive as your garden is set into place . We enjoyed Bill as much as we enjoyed his work and we continue to reap these rewards as we watch our garden mature and become more beautiful with each passing season.

Bill is a professional in the truest sense of the word. He is a man of integrity and is focused on you as the client and customer. He has a keen sense of design based on his 30 + years of experience and is very detail oriented, which translates into clear and accurate drawings and plans. He is able to meet deadlines and bring a project within the budget because of his experience in working for large design firms and landscape contractors.

Bill's professional initial consultation provided us with all the facts of what services he could provide and gathered information of what our needs were in designing our backyard. Our goal was to re-landscape our backyard using existing trees and some of the hardscape--he achieved this. He was easy to work with and was very complimentary of our ideas. He provided us with renderings of how the completed project would look. Detailed plans for the contractor were provided with exact specifications for hardscape, landscaping and lighting. He visited a local nursery with us to confirm landscaping choices. We are extremely pleased with our yard and five years later still are. We receive rave reviews from anyone that visits.
