Further, each of our houses is enrolled in the Progressive New Home Warranty Program. Beyond Homes offers home buyers a superior finished product and our standard specifications include most items that would normally be considered “upgrades”. Our in-house building team of licensed professionals constructs each of our homes from start to finish. This ensures a consistent product and gives us complete control over timelines and warranty matters. Having our own in-house architect and designer allows us to create unique, modern, functional, efficient homes for all of our projects, and allows our clients the opportunity to customize and personalize their space.
