First Class Experience! My wife and I were looking for a modern entrance door to go along with our contemporary style home. We were looking for something different than we had seen anywhere. Bellaporta was where our search ended. From the moment we walked in to the showroom, we were greeted by Aidar and Alina. They patiently and enthusiastically explained all of the different options we could choose from (and there are many). Once we chose our door, Aidar visited our construction site and met with our contractor to make sure that our entrance was framed accurately. Aidar followed up with us often via email to inform us about the status of our order. Once our door had arrived, we were notified and given an installation date. The installers were professional, efficient, and clean. I give Bellaporta 5 starts only because can't give them MORE! Thank you Aidar and Alina for your professionalism.

I was looking everywhere for a new front door ,everything was so cookie cutter.I found Bella Porte and saw a million options I finally went with a custom door .Aidar was a pleasure to work with and I got a gorgeous door that made my home's curb appeal amazing . [ at a reasonable price] The door was made in Austria and came in when promised I would definitely recommend this company. People knock on my door asking where I purchased it.

It was difficult finding quality interior doors as well as people having knowledge about various options until I met Bella Porta. As soon as I entered their LI showroom, my feelings of not finding what I wanted disappeared. The number of quality doors on display in their LI showroom and website and staff providing useful/beneficial advice was better than I ever anticipated. Further, Bella Porta suggested excellent carpenters well experienced in installing their doors. My project is now done and I am more than well satisfied. Not only do visitors look at the wonderful beach front views from the 25th floor but spend as much time admiring my great doors. Bottom line ... Bella Porta is highly recommended for quality products and exceptional service!

I am extremely upset with this company. I had placed an order for a few doors in December of 2016. They said the doors would take 12 weeks because they were being shipped from Italy. Never did anybody from this company ever contact me via email nor phone to inform me of the status of my doors. I was expecting my doors in march. I called in April to find out about the status of my doors, they said that they were somewhere in Massachusetts I guess that's where the receiving dock is. I did not get my doors until June 24 weeks later after my initial order. Ok, so I was happy to finally get my doors and finish remodeling my bathroom, to our horrible surprise one of the doors was the wrong measurement! It was 2 inches off! I ended up with an extremely narrow door in the entrance to my bathroom! I decided to keep the door because I really don't want to deal with the horrible communication and unprofessionalism of this company.

We had a very positive experience working with Bellaporta and especially it's proprietor, Aidar ShaBaev who is a consummate professional, precise in everything he does. We live in Manhattan, NY and had the pleasure of paying Bellaporta a visit in their Long, Island showroom. Bellaporta has a large selection of products and Aidar went to great lengths, patiently and deliberately to make sure we carefully reviewed the choices and the practical and aesthetic issues that arose. It was clear from the start that Aidar had a great passion for his products. In hindsight, now with our doors professionally installed, we can understand his passion. Our doors not only make our space architecturally appealing but they also perform! we are in love with our doors and Aidar knew and ensured this as he guided us through the decision process. as important as the door selection is the measuring, ordering, logistics, and installation steps. Aidar was precise and serious throughout. Everything proceeded exactly as planned and with no surprises. Bellaporta will provide a DVD to your contractor if you do not elect to have a Bellaporta install. we are extremely pleased with Bellaporta's products and process and with Aidar's passion and professionalism.

In the crazy world of construction and remodeling this was truly a great experience. Started by visiting the beautiful show room on Long Island, met the owner himself. Made my order with his help. Product was delivered at the time and date I was told. The owner himself came to inspect the product for any diffects or imperfections. The 18 doors were installed in a few short days at which point the owner came again inspect. All in all you get what you pay for. Spend the extra money and get a great product from truly proffesional people.

Excellent service from Aidar Shabaev of BELLA PORTA. Gave accurate estimates - arrived promptly and always delivered as promised Bella Porta installed amazing custom built doors and beautiful wooden panelling imported directly from Italy for the condominium. Aidar Shabaev of BELLA PORTA gave a great many options and helped narrow down the options that would work best here. This is the company that I will absolutely work with again for any further updates to my space. In all my years in New York City I have never worked with a company like this who delivered always as promised and would check in during and up to completion of project.

Bella Porta rebuilt all our closets (both internal shelves and the closet doors) and all interior doors in our apartments. This resulted in a total transformation of our home from an ordinary old NYC "unit" into an elegant modern place which we enjoy living in every day. I didn't realize what a huge impact could beautiful glass closet doors have on overall image of the entire apartments. I wish I have asked them to replace the hard wood floors too even though it would substantially increase the cost but as I can see it now it would be even better investment. I knew that the door installation is not a technically easy task but it appeared to be even more difficult with our hollow and uneven walls and I loved watching how these guys have overcome all the challenges especially when working on a kitchen glass door - they literally rebuilt a large part of the wall putting inside several massive wooden bars for reliable support. I must say this was a highly professional work. I would recommend to go with glass option when you choose the door style. Yes it's more money but as I said it is a good investment you'll not regret about as it looks just beautiful. Highly recommend Bella Porta.
