Maureen is a true professional. Not only does she have a warm, approachable personality and an impeccable eye for design, she makes you feel comfortable about the whole staging process right from the start. Knowing I was in her capable hands took so much pressure off me. Maureen and her team did an amazing job transforming our home to appeal to the highest number of potential buyers. We received 8 offers on our home at the first open house and sold it that day for $20K over the asking price. It can be a daunting prospect putting your home on the market. I realized that having an experienced, trained staging professional like Maureen is every bit as important to a successful sale as your agent and home inspector. Maureen is incredible. She is organized, professional and very detail oriented. She is also an absolute pleasure to work with. I signed on to have Maureen stage my luxury condo in Quincy, MA. The unit was posted on a Friday afternoon and by the open house on Saturday I had over 450 views on Redfin and 10 favorites. By the end of the weekend I had a full on bidding war that resulted in a high bid of $10,000 over asking and a 45 day close. Maureen isn't inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Her personalized service, attention to detail and the return on investment should make working with Maureen an easy decision.

Maureen was such a help to me prior to our move, both in staging our prior house and buying new furniture and some window treatments to get us started in our new condo. She was always cheerful and fun to be with. I would give her the highest rating.

Maureen was so helpful to me when redid my living room a few years ago. It was an unusual size which made it challenging. What I had done myself really was not working. Maureen helped me make the space much more comfortable. I had a gas fireplace installed and a new mantel built, thankfully she was there to speak to the carpenter! She saved the day in helping to communicate what I wanted. Maureen can do it all!

Maureen Poole is a true professional! Her work is outstanding and her ideas are so unique and creative. Such a pleasure to work with . . . you feel like you are immediate "friends" and your concerns and ideas are valued. Maureen can take an ordinary room and turn it magically into an amazing space with her talent and abilities. Sometimes, as easy as a new paint color or light fixtures or rearranging the furniture can turn your house into a HOME! Maureen makes everything look so easy . . . Maureen advised us before we sold our home in Hingham. Her suggestions helped us spif up our house without major investments such as a new kitchen or baths. Her advice on decluttering and color selections was perfect. She suggested we paint the large fireplace in our living room, changing it from natural red brick to a rich cream color. It's something I never would have considered, but it totally changed the look of the living room and kitchen. Through the whole process, Maureen was respectful, kind and fun to work with. She really understood how stressful it was to sell the home where we had lived for 30 years, and guided us through difficult decisions, We got the price we were asking for our house. I would recommend her highly!.

We staged two properties which would have looked boring and empty without furniture. Maureen bade them look fantastic and one sold the first day it was on the market. I'm positive Maureen's staging was the reason. Money well spent!!!

Maureen has what I call "Maureen Magic" that touches all of her projects! I am a Realtor that has worked with Maureen on many projects over the years from vacant staging to consultations to ASP-Realtor Blitz Staging and, most recently, meeting the photographer to ensure the listing photos at my latest listing were amazing. The photos were gorgeous and, as a result, the house had a very high level of interest resulting in 10 offers. In my experience, if you stage with Maureen, your listing will sell for more money and in less days on the market. Staging is truly one of the best investments you can make in your home when preparing it for sale. Be sure to have "Maureen Magic" on your listing preparation checklist!

I have been to two different sites where Maureen had worked on and were blown away by how beautiful she had transformed the space. The phrase, "leave it to the professional" simply applies to her work as i could never imagine ever coming close to imagining the space the way she does. Excellent work and would highly recommend her.

Ha commentato: ARE THOSE DOORS ON THE SURROUND/If you are referring to the surround on the tub, yes they are. That way you can get to the plumbing. It's a practical solution!
