Classic Design

Classic designs were great from the start of our kitchen design to completion. From removal and disposal of our old kitchen to preparation of the kitchen for new fit. Even asking for additional work after design was completed, was not a problem for Ardle Or his team. I would highly recommend Classic Design for work to all my friends if they ask for a kitchen design company.

Excellent service from start to finish. No pressure to agree to a design or go ahead with a purchase. Ardle was happy to answer any queries and offered up alternatives to our initial ideas. It’s a family business, run professionally with a personal touch. Worthy of particular mention is Nik and other installation team members. They carried out the removal, preparation and installation quickly and with minimal disruption. We felt they treated the process as if it was their own home and were very neat and tidy, cleaning up every day. Any minor adjustments post fit were dealt with quickly and without quibble.

From design to handover we were thoroughly impressed by the quality and professionalism of Ardle and his team. Our kitchen replacement was not an easy project, and was completed without a hitch. Very best quality materials and workmanship.

Ardle and the team have been fantastic we love our new kitchen and utility room from planning to design to installation everything went smoothly and we were kept informed every step of the way even through the removal of supporting wall to open up the space .Our kitchen is now a joy to be in and a social place with our island and seating as well as all the high tech neff appliances installed. Great job guys!

Classic Design are a very professional company from the design of the kitchen to the fitting. Nothing that we asked to be done was a problem for them and I must give a special mention to Nic their main installer. Any problems that we noticed were resolved very quickly in fact in one instance we had to call them as the boxing in of our boiler meant that the gas engineer could not service the boiler. One call to Ardle and he had a fitter up to rectify the issue within hours

From start to finish Classic Design were first class. A large selection of products which can fit most budgets, modern and traditional. The quality of the units and gloss doors in particular is obvious, especially if you have looked at others across the usual outlets. We went with a black and white classic look however with a few tweaks in the design managed to get a very modern result which looks fantastic. The extras such as lighting options, laminate depths, design solutions and unit internals are exciting and added that little more style and interest. This family run business was personal and considerate, any questions or complications were resolved immediately and without question with quick responses to calls and emails so I was never in the dark. The design process was detailed and amended regularly until we were entirely happy with our kitchen plan. Even when we made last minute changes this was catered for without issue. We were provided with 3D coloured graphics which definitely helped visualise our final design. Having researched most alternative options including mainstream and bespoke in the region, Classic Design were definitely the best product at the best price. The installation was quick and without issue. The kitchen fitters were outstanding and were able to offer suggestions and solutions to last minute design changes. The quality of the fit was excellent and the guys worked quickly and efficiently. There was little mess and no rubbish left. Classic were also able to offer the best prices for appliances primarily Bosch and Neff and that includes comparison against on-line suppliers. I would highly recommend you consider Classic Design.

Ardle the owner could not have been more helpful as he guiddd us ghrough the design and purchase of our kitchen. Nothing seemed to be of any trouble during our numerous changes to plans etc. He also emailed at no cost the designs he created along with itemised billing for every design unlike other kitchen suppliers who wanted to charge for this service. We were a supply only as I fitted the kitchen myself and when hidcfitters delivered the kitchen they also took time to explain fully hos each part was assembled and tricks to installation. All in all a fantastic company to deal with and one I would highly recommend.
