Appalachian Maid Services, LLC (AMS) was founded with a simple concept in mind that is often the hardest to achieve for others: quality. We strive to provide quality service, so that our clients can spend quality time with their loved ones like they deserve. We want everyone to be able to enjoy what they like doing the most, without having to worry about dirty dishes in the sink, or when they are going to make time to clean the bathroom. They have done a wonderful job for us! With 2 teenagers and 2 very hairy dogs they have exceeded our expectations! I also have a broken foot & am limited as to what I can. They have been a huge help! I recommend them for sure! Thank you Jessica, Amber & Jordan!

Each time I have my house cleaned by Appalachian Maids I am so pleased, the house shines and smells so good after they come. I am always pleased with their service. Carolyn came today to the house and did another excellent job ! Thank you !

We love Appalachian Maid Service. Sarah May cleans our home and does a great job! Our kitchen and bathrooms are always sparkling, and even with two dogs in the house, she gets rid of the dog hair and leaves the floors looking great. She is very flexible at working around us and kids on the occasions that we aren't already out on an errand or at work when she comes, and she is always professional and kind.

I have tried many Maid services in the Tri-Cities area and have been very disappointed every time. Jennifer at Appalachian Maid Services (AMS) is different! Jennifer (who I have and will request every time) is an excellent house cleaner, seriously, she got a stain out of my shower floor that no one else has come close to doing (including me!). But, with Jennifer, you get an extra benefit...she is sweet and a joy to be around! This is the ONLY maid service I would recommend!

This company is very professional. They tell you what to expect before they arrive and how to prepare for their visit. They do their job completely and efficiently. I will definitely be hiring them again.
