A.O.C. Construction, Inc. was founded by Bill Czerniewski in 1975. Since then it has remained a family owned business serving the San Diego area. In our 41 years of being in business we have earned our clients respect with our straight forward approach, quick response to issues, and our post construction follow up. We are a full service general contracting firm with expertise in new construction, tenant improvement and restoration, including commercial and high end custom private residences. Having successfully completed over 3000 projects since our start, we've earned our clients' respect with a straight forward approach, quick response to issues, and post construction follow-up combined with high ethical standards. This company is amazing. They fixed our flooding issue and redid our roof. They are quick, professional and reliable. Highly recommend them!

AOC Construction is the best! We had been struggling to find a good contractor to rebuild my mother-in-law’s deck. There were some obvious challenges that needed to be addressed and her budget was limited. However, it is the highlight of her home and it is frequently used for entertaining. It had to be structurally sound, look amazing, and be cost effective. Unlike some of the other contractors we contacted, Bill & Antoni explored many options before presenting something that ultimately exceeded her expectations. There were no surprises, no added cost, no change orders… it was exactly as proposed. She has already asked if they can help her with a room remodel after the holidays. I honestly can’t say enough about their professionalism and quality of work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fantastic job by Bill, Adrian and the entire crew! I had a tight budget and even tighter timeframe and they performed flawlessly. Would use again in a heart beat.

We have hired AOC Construction, Inc. several times to work on our mid-century home built on a hill in Point Loma, San Diego. AOC has exceptional craftsmen who always complete the job on schedule and clean up the job site. The most recent job involved creating two new terrace levels on the down-slope using railroad ties with rebar to secure them to the earth. The work was challenging, as the only access was down a steep driveway to steep stairs to the side yard. We have always been completely satisfied with AOC's work and rates. Thank you, AOC!

Having done a number of remodels, including to very major ones, I'ev learned how to distinguish good, from bad contractors. Unquetionably, AOC is one of the best! I got to know Antoni pretty well. He's as customer se4vice oriented as anyone. Both he and his dad and construction geniuses! Could recommend anyone higher when looking for a contractor!
