Through our professional design team, our goal is to help you transform your incongruent outdoor spaces into Green, Inviting, and Tranquil, living areas of bliss. Our APLD Certified design plans specialize in courtyards, patios, water features, landscape lighting, irrigation, organic vegetable gardens, fire bowls, outdoor kitchens, outdoor furniture and accessories. We can create xeriscape / lawn removal plans for rebates from the City or other Water Authorities. We offer consultations on plant selection and in creating maintenance programs for your gardener or landscaper. Once plans are completed, all job site work should be performed by a CSLB landscape contractor, of your choice, to give you peace of mind that the work is to code and of the utmost quality. Our experience with Joel was amazing. From the first meeting,Joel’s approach was different than other designers we had spoken with. He is very strong in listening and designing a yard which fit with our interests, lifestyle and goals. He made suggestions we would have never come to on our own and provided tools to us that allowed us to make decisions about the timing and method we wanted to implement ( what we might do ourselves vs contract out). In addition he is invested in how it comes out on the other side, and made himself available through the implementation to ask questions and check on progress. We enjoyed the process so much and have a yard that is perfect for us. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and if we have a future need, I will definitely reach out to him again.

We were so glad we turned to AnandaScapes for landscape designs for our new home. Joel was professional, methodical and very responsive from the start, beginning with an intro about their design approach, a face-to-face kickoff meeting, and understanding our preferences via a Pinterest board that we collaborated on. He provided a maximum cost for the entire project up front so there wouldn't be any surprises and clearly spelled out the scope and his billing process in the contract. Joel was thorough and pointed out our property lines as drawn in county records, which we didn't even know ourselves. And when it came time to show us the design plans, it began with a draft, phasing out various aspects to spread out work and costs over time, and final plans in blueprint and digital form that described each plant and feature. He also recommended a great, local contractor to build out the plans, and the result is a backyard that feels like a haven to us and a beautiful gathering place to everyone who sees it for the first time. And Joel continues to answer any questions we have had since. So we'd highly recommend him to anyone!

I had Joel design my front and back yards, pretty much giving him carte blanche to do what he thought was best, and he did a phenomenal job! All I had to do was make a few tweaks along the way, but overall I loved what he came up with. He's very knowledgeable about plants and was able to create a design that was both beautiful and drought-friendly. He also recommended the landscaper who did the work, and they were awesome. I highly recommend Joel's services!

Joel worked with me to design a beautiful backyard that perfectly meets my needs. I loved the large, colorful, realistic looking plans he generated so I could envision exactly what it would look like. I also retained him as a general contractor and his crew did an amazing job. He was there on a daily basis to oversee the work and keep the crew on track while I was at work. In addition, his prices were very reasonable and he did his best to find me the best prices and control costs while still maintaining high quality materials and labor. Before the remodel, I didn't even use my backyard. Joel completely redesigned it and now it is absolutely gorgeous and I use it as much as possible. I would highly recommend AnandaScapes to anyone for jobs large or small.

Ha commentato: Name of that Kangaroo paw please? Thanks.Anigozanthos 'Pink Joey' - this is a "dwarf" Kangaroo Paw, however with optimal conditions, it still produced flower stocks that were 3 to 4 feet tall.
