Our garage door at home broke down, and AMC Garage door repair was able to come fix it the next day. They quoted me a much better price than 3 other vendors, and the man who fixed it (I can't remember his name) was very polite, professional and thorough. He clearly knew garage doors, as he shared the history of the old model we had, and recommended a new one that would have better reliability but similar functionality. He also showed me where and how to maintain the door and what to lubricate it with (penetrating oil, not WD-40 if you're curious). He was on-time and on budget - couldn't have been more pleased with the work.

I bought my house in September and had an alarm installed around October. The garage door stopped working when the alarm was installed. After about 5 different people from the alarm company came out, finally it appeared the door was fixed. To prove it, the alarm supervisor kept opening and closing the garage door. Then BOOM! The motor exploded. I thought for sure I would need a whole new motor and was very upset that the guy kept opening and closing the door (of course then claiming it would not be the alarm companies fault if I needed a new motor). I found this garage door company name in the Advocate, a local magazine I trust. I called Anthony and he came the next day to check it out. He was able to get me a very good deal on a new motor and it is working great now, so much quieter than my old one-and much more reliable! I will call him again when I decide to replace my old garage door. One step at a time! Thanks, Anthony!

Technician was great on the phone, setting me up with an appointment. I told that I wanted someone I could count on and he reassured me that the quality of work, will speak for itself. the installer did a great job and was very professional. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family.

EXCELLENT customer service!!! Tech came to my home the same day to give me a free estimate. He took the time to carefully explain what was causing my issue and gave various options to fix my problem. It was a quick and VERY PROFESSIONAL installation; I was really impressed!

They did a great job completing my repairs. I explained over the phone what the issue was and they clearly explained what needed to be repaired. I felt they weren't trying to get over on me and the price quoted over the phone is exactly what i was charged not a penny more. There was no service fee to just come out and check out my door. I would definitely use their service again.
