I have to say that I have not had better or more prompt service. I am dealing with Sherry Andrucci at the Doncaster Avenue, Thornhill location and she has been more than just an open book of knowledge; She is fast and friendly in her responses and ordering. I would highly recommend meeting with Sherry to design any bath or kitchen. She will professionally put the entire package together for you and always give her best advise.

Two years ago, we bought all the plumbing supplies for our new condo from Amati. We had previously shopped at Taps and were pretty much set on buying there as we did not know much about Amati. But we shop a lot at Caynes on Doncaster and as we were driving by, we decided to drop in and compare product. We were greeted by Sherry Andreucci and she calmly and professionally explained the pros and cons of every product she showed us. She operated totally within our budget and our taste and did not attempt to upsell us or move us to alternative products unless she felt there was a real improvement in quality and function. She was a gem to deal with. It is now two years later and we have had a few minor issues with some of the products because of wear and tear. We returned to Amati and Sherry was there with her smile and her desire to resolve all our issues. It is heartening the find a sales person who gives the same service two years after the sale as she did when there was a sale to be made. Amati is lucky to have her working for them. We will be pleased to recommend her and Amati to anyone who asks.

I need renovation after I bought my new house. I heard from one of my friends and he introduced Amati to me. They have a becautiful showroom and their sales rep were able to explain pros and cons of the products and gave me some sugguestions. I was very happy with the service here.

As a project supplier on our custom home they provided a leadership role from start to finish. If there we any questions or issues with products they supplied, they provided answers and solutions in a timely manner. A great company to work with.
