Excellent quality of work and timely. They made sure I had no questions or concerns and did a great demonstration on opening and closing the curtains.

I initially contacted Allure for a quote on just two windows, which Heather was glad to do with no pressure about our remaining windows. After the window coverings were installed, we were so pleased with our experience as well as the product quality we went ahead and ordered for six more windows! She was definitely up to date on decorating trends, lift function options for larger windows and fabric and or wood options. After we placed our orders Heather updated us about delivery and installation options, and everything was on time. The install was quick and the tech Brian was super personable, highly competent and VERY tidy. We had a great experience and would recommend Alllure without reservation.

Heather came to my home and measured windows, showed me samples and pricing and I was able to make my decision the same day. Heather was very accommodating to my busy schedule and made 3 separate trips to my house for the job. She had hundreds of samples I was able to compare in choosing our shade material.
