We worked with All Seasons Fireplace for two fireplaces in our new home. They were professional and very helpful from our first discussions of alternatives though installation and final start-up. I designed the house around the idea of using two, 2-sided fireplaces between rooms so we could enjoy them throughout the day and evening. Several criteria were important: contemporary appearance with minimal trim and clear glass, variable flame to allow use in spring and fall without overheating the rooms, quiet fans to distribute heat more efficiently. All Seasons Fireplace had several alternative fireplaces to consider and helped us select the best one. During construction they responded to our schedule so we could fit installation in with the other work. Their field installers were great to work with. I purchased a fireplace and install from All-Seasons and everything started out great. The fireplace was installed timely and initially worked. The first problem was was that it took far longer than communicated for the decorative shroud to arrive and, while we were told that it could be customized, we were never given that opportunity. Second, the control module failed. While this was covered by the warranty, the owner did not communicate the issue nor order a replacement for the problem until his contractor re-identied the issue. This caused us to be without out expensive fireplace for over a month just for to bad communication. I did not hear from the owner for nearly two months while we were having issues until after the problem was resolved. He called the next day asking for payment.

We are so happy to support this locally owned and managed family business! Joe was extremely helpful when we were deciding to replace our existing traditional fireplace with a gas insert. He helped us decide on the most appropriate model to fit the aesthetic of our family room. We appreciate that all the staff is knowledgeable, professional and helpful. For ongoing maintenance check ups they are easy and flexible when it comes to scheduling. Highly recommend!

We had a gas fireplace insert installed in August of 2018. We were tired of the mess made with our wood fireplace, its inefficiency in heating the room or house, and the difficulty of bending down to get it started and keep it burning. A fluke of trying to get to another business in the same building by going through All Seasons showroom is what set the process in motion. We were pleased with every part of the process from choosing the right insert to the professionalism of the install. We were kept toasty warm last winter as we sat reading in our living room every evening. We would highly recommend this business to anyone!

We purchased custom-made fireplace doors from All Seasons Fireplace. Our 1923 fireplace has an arched top that was hidden by the previous overlay doors. We wanted the doors to fit the arch and maximize the fireplace opening. We were not expecting to find a lot of choice, given our budget, but were surprised. The company offered a wide selection of styles, trims, finishes, and hardware, enabling us to customize the appearance for our craftsman-style house. The measurement and installation process was exacting. Initial measurements were verified in a second visit by the installation specialist. Fabrication was right on schedule, as was the installation. The end product looks just as we intended and functions beautifully - a very good value.

We absolutely love working with Joe, Bonnie and all the folks at All Seasons Fireplace. Every encounter I have with them is honest, open and always Minnesota Nice! We've done a number of projects with them but most recently they installed an Element4, Tenore 240 in a local restaurant. This 8' see-through fireplace never looked so good!
