Deliver-Eze Parcel Letterboxes

Superb service from Neil at Deliver-Eze. It is obvious that he really cares about his product and ensuring that the customer gets the best possible outcome. Neil was happy to answer my quite clueless questions and the order was despatched very promptly.

I cannot speak more highly for Deliver-Eze! I've been looking for a project like this for a long time because I was sick of constantly getting delivery slips from Australia Post (and others), even when I was home at the time! Too often couriers would just leave a return slip and not even ring the doorbell. We had already decided to purchase Deliver-Eze, but due to a miscommunication with our builder, we needed a letterbox delivered within just 36 hours. I contacted Neil on Monday at 9am and explained the situation, and he saved our skin: our customised letterbox was delivered just 24 hours later. This would be remarkable for any product, but even more so because *every letterbox is build custom to order*! As an engineer I was impressed at how well the letterbox is built. The product is high quality, and the finishes are of high detail. Overall, it feels like the letterbox is as secure as Fort Knox, yet stylish in its understated subtlety. If I could give more than 5 stars for the product, or the customer service, I would on both.

To sum this up in a just a few words, you will not buy a better more sturdily built mailbox anywhere... We ordered the Mosman Pillar box due to having no front fence or wall. It took Neil just under 4 business days from order to me unpacking it including getting the front door laser etched, which in my opinion is worth every cent. This thing is wicked to use and just works so nicely, the mechanism is flawless and I had to actually up end the mailbox to look underneath because the internal opening is super deceiving, but the security flap does swing right out of the road and gives this thing a massive throat to eat whatever the postie can throw at it. The box finishings are of the highest quality, the stainless is tig welded to be tidy but strong around the front panel. The pivot points use plastic/nylon bushes on the rivets for smooth reliable operation and the postie can slam the door to his hearts content as the mechanism travel limits are cushioned with rubber stoppers for both directions. The part of the puzzle missing now is me out digging a hole to put down a slab to bolt this beauty down to and stand back and check out how good it looks in front of my house. We have just received the Deliver-Eze Mosman (pillar) and have not only been impressed by the high quality look and functionality of this product but by the outstanding professional service and expertise provided by Neil along the way. Our boxed Mosman Pillar arrived promptly and safely surrounded by protective boards and foam. There was even a metal angle packing strip around the top to ensure that the rendered top edges would not be damaged while in transit- These guys know what they are doing. The render and finish and colour on the Mosman (pillar) is even and substantial. The base of the letterbox slot has a small diagonal upward fin that provides protection from wet weather. We had our street number etched under this which looks great and can be clearly seen from a distance when driving down the street. The large pull down open face works brilliantly and is sturdy in construction as it is designed by an engineer that would not compromise on quality- It feels and is "old school" which means, it will last! Thanks Neil. The Mosman (pillar) option has given us a stunning, affordable and instant letterbox that is already the nicest, most practical and talked about letterbox in the street. A brillant Aussie product from a great company and worth every star!

I give the Deliver-Eze parcel letterbox 5 stars because every time I open it to collect the mail, I want to pat its boxy head. No more grunged up envelopes, subscription mags and the local rag forced into one small slot. No soggy, snaily letters, no more paying the boy across the road the clear all the stuff that arrives when we leave town for a week. No paying to have the mail held when we're away for longer, because the locked box takes it all. Yes it's also great for parcels. Our postie is a big fan and regular couriers know the drill. But I like it best because it's big, safe and integrates really well into the front fence.

My family is very pleased with our new Deliver-Eze parcel letterbox - pictured. We installed the letterbox about three months ago and since that time we have noticed that all our mail is secure, dry and reliable. The parcel opening is a good size and also works very well for our local newspapers which no longer get blown around. As the family says, it is like having your own mail box but at home. A really useful and valuable purchase and we think it looks very smart.

I organised a Brighton (bricked in) Deliver-Eze letter box to be installed in one of my clients front fences. As legal professionals, they needed a letter box to take large briefs. I spoke with Neil, who was very informative and knowledgable. Within days, I has received specs that my builder to work from, so when the box arrived, it fitted perfectly into the hole provided. As a finishing step, I incorporated the box into a large address plaque at the front gate. There have been many comments on the 'wow factor' of the new letter box...
