We’re the largest independent kitchen retailer in Sussex and one of the largest across The South. From inception to completion the whole experience with dealing with the Horsham Kitchen store was brilliant. From Cat and Jess in store to Jake,Matt and Jamie who did the installation I couldn’t have been more happy. The initial ordering process led by Cat and Jess was stress free and a pleasure to go through and even the installation was done with the utmost of professionalism with an attention to detail and pride of work rarely seen in our modern times. All the staff were a joy to deal with and did exactly what they said they would exactly when they said it would be done and the final product was exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them. My kitchen has just been completed so to early to say how it is performing. From the initial visit Roger listened and took on board my lifestyle and what I wanted to create and my budget. Following visits to the store to look at the design and products was professional and on time. Dave the fitter came out and explained everything that would happen with dates, Gabby kept me up to date with progress. The team are so professional and kept to budget no upselling no hidden cost. I can not rate The kitchen Store enough Everything has run like clockwork. I am not happy with my kitchen I absolutely love it. It flows, looks georgous and I love being in there, I walk in a it makes me very happy.

We had a great experience with the Kitchen Store. We met Cat in the Horsham branch and immediately felt confident in her ability to design and deliver the kitchen of our dreams. We had quite a complex ask given we live in an older, unconventional building. Cat was able to come up with amazing designs and took onboard our feedback, dealt with our endless questions and minor tweaks with a calm, can do attitude! When it came to the install, Dave did an amazing job, we're delighted with the end result and we have a beautiful, practical kitchen and utility room that delivers everything we wanted. The pre-delivery team were also great at keeping us up to date, and dealt with any minor snags efficiently and without any problems. If we have another kitchen installed, Cat and team will be our first point of call. Thanks to all at The Kitchen Store.

Couldn't be happier with our new kitchen diner. Kerry our designer has been brilliant in helping me through the process from design to completion and has worked with me each time I couldn’t choose on a feature. The biggest decision was wether to knock the dividing wall down. Kerry drew plans for different options. So glad we did knock through as the new space is so big and light. We used our own builders as have used them before rather than the stores own as knew how good they are. We had a few problems with Paula Rosa who supply the units but Kerry ensured they were sorted out quickly. The Kitchen Store shop in Horsham is well worth a visit, they have so many beautiful layouts on show which does make choices harder but fun. Thank you Kerry, Cat and Zac at Horsham we love our new kitchen

From the moment Kerry visited my home I had every confidence that The Kitchen Store would be the right choice, and nowhere along the way was I disappointed. Kerry fully recognised my kitchen’s quirks and designed accordingly. Once agreed, after copious emails, Dave chief fitter took over and the magic started to happen. At every stage communication was excellent, deliveries and timings met; my thanks must also go to the plumbers and electricians who did sterling work under some difficult circumstances. I am absolutely delighted with my kitchen and haven’t stopped smiling since.

First class service from start to finish. Jason and Mark first class in store, very knowledgeable, patient and professional and the design was first class.
