AIRHART CONSTRUCTION is a land developer and builder of superior custom and semi-custom homes and townhomes in the western suburbs of Chicago. Airhart Construction will build on your lot or ours with homesites located in Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Oak Brook, Warrenville, Westmont, West Chicago and Winfield. Airhart Construction began building custom and semi-custom single family homes in 1964. As the business flourished, the idea of starting a custom home building firm dedicated to the same level of high standards soon followed. Airhart Construction quickly became known for its high quality, innovative designs and the flexibility for purchasers to add their design ideas. As we gave home purchasers real opportunities for input, we changed the home building process into a team effort. Growing from building five to ten homes a year on lots throughout Northern Illinois, to today building over 20 homes a year, that team concept has been the basis for Airhart Construction ever since. This growth has necessitated change for the better for you, the homeowner. Because of these important goals, Airhart Construction has had an architect on our staff for over 30 years helping with the design process. A unique team supervisory system has also been developed to ensure these goals. Instead of just one superintendent working on each house or in each subdivision, three superintendents, with over 75 years combined experience at Airhart Construction, share the responsibility of each home ensuring the highest quality level. And finally, Airhart Construction's Production Supervisor, who has been with Airhart Construction for more than 20 years, manages all service work to ensure you are satisfied once you move in to your new home. Our concern for you, the home purchaser, does not end at the house, but in the neighborhoods in which we build our homes.
