From start to finish, my experience with AspenFalls was exemplary! Starting with Kim as our designer, she immediately "got" what my vision for the property's final design was to be and delivered a beautiful set of plans right on time. The neighbors in BackCountry went with the "other landscape construction" company that charged a bit less, but also DELIVERED a whole lot less... meaning, their grass barely stayed alive because the other designer didn't bring in quality topsoil and planted the turf on top of the clay soil & rocks left behind by the builder. Installation was flawless, the neighbors commented about how CLEAN and responsible the site was left every day and the post-installation service was EXEMPLARY.... AspenFalls has high ratings for a reason - they do EXCELLENT and BEAUTIFUL work, for a reasonable price, deliver on time and stand behind their work... What more could you ask for in a Landscape Design & Construction firm??? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED....

Wow! Is the response we receive from our friends and neighbors, when they see our new patio and fire pit. The Aspen Falls Team did an exceptional job in the design, recommendation on Belgard materials from Rio Grande Co. and on time delivery of all construction dates! I have hired Aspen for three projects. I thoroughly recommend this company for any landscaping project. My projects included hardscapes, large evergreen plantings and traditional perennial plantings. They are the best landscaping company. They honor strat dates and times and budget. Very very great company.

Aspen Falls landscaped my backyard 4 years ago. They did a ton of work as we have a large yard and our home was new construction with no existing landscape. Part of the design included an outdoor gas fireplace and a gas line to reach the gas bbq grill. Aspen Falls contracted out the work for installing the gas line. Two days ago we discovered the gas line they installed was leaking and was not installed correctly to begin with. Our sprinkler winterize smelled the gas when blowing the sprinklers out and black hills energy confirmed the leak and turned out gas off until a plumber could make repairs/replacements as needed. The plumber stated that the exterior pipe work was not done properly and he had to replace some of it and repair some of it. I contacted Aspen falls asking to speak with the owner. A woman called me back the day after I left my message and was quite rude, not willing to cover the gas line repair costs and ultimately said she looked forward to seeing me in court. I’m very disappointed in the response and complete lack of concern for my family. Leaking gas is a serious problem and we are just lucky that it was discovered before any serious harm occurred.

We are very sorry that you had an issue with your gas line four years after we provided services for you. Before the gas line can pass inspection, there is a pressure gauge installed, inspected and signed off by a city inspector prior to the permit being closed. The city would would not have signed off on the permit had there been a gas leak. Many factors can contribute to a gas leak years down the road. Per your contract, you had a one year warranty with Aspen Falls. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced from this. We are glad you were able to get this issue resolved.

We had a major landscaping project done which included an in ground/ vault jacuzzi with flagstone surround , large water feature with ponds, stream, and water falls. Pond lighting. Path and landscape lighting , drip systems and plants. Project came out lovely.

If you are tired of pour workmanship and companies that do the first 90% of a project and leave you with an unfinished or poor project than you need to call Aspen Falls. They were fast, professional and top notch in every way. From design to punch list my wife and I enjoyed working with every one on their team from Kyle and Myles on the front and back end to Steve, Salvador, Jose, Domingo and Rudi on the install and set up. Also don't forget about Shannon and Becki in the office and even their irrigation and carpenters guys were great. I am in the construction industry myself and probably am more of a critic then a review writer but I was very impressed with the entire team and they definitely took the extra time to make the job painless and successful. Thanks you for all that you did and we love all of the landscaping but most of all we have enjoyed the fire pit many nights this fall!

Aspen Falls Custom Design & Landscape has recently completed their design project for my front and backyard. I am thrilled with the results and have received so many compliments already. I requested four bids and Aspen Falls provided both the best looking design and the best pricing for the finished project. Kim was the designer and was so easy to work with from my many questions to changing my mind about some design details I had originally wanted. My concerns and happiness with the finished project was a top priority with this company. It looks great--the outdoor kitchen, the plants/shrubs/trees selected, the overall finished look. Juan and his crew worked tirelessly and efficiently to complete. The neighbors that I knew and other people around the neighborhood would stop me when I was outside and comment on how hard working they were and the excellent job they were doing. I rate this company an A+++.

I wanted to update our previous review. We first hired Aspen Falls in 2015 and have had them back in 2017 to complete a fountain install in our front courtyard and plant additional trees in the back. Kim was, again, wonderful to work with. It is rare to hire a company that exceeds expectations twice. We would unhesitatingly recommend Aspen Falls for landscape projects large and small. The quality of work is unparalleled. They start and finish as scheduled. They stuck with their budget estimates. We couldn't be happier.
