I have been working with Lisa Conley for over a year now and I would highly recommend her. I did some fairly extensive remodeling to update my home and really wanted to transform my space. Lisa took a lot of time with me to learn my likes/dislikes and really understood the aesthetic I was envisioning, perhaps even before I did. She has a great design eye--she has really challenged me to think outside the box and consider things I wouldn't ordinarily have chosen. She has helped me with all materials and design choices to create a cohesive look and feel. Lisa has been very patient, flexible and responsive--I have enjoyed our partnership immensely, and I have learned a lot in the process. I LOVE the choices we have made so far. We moved into a beautiful home that was decorated in a style that we would not have chosen. I decided to get help from a designer because I had no idea nor a vision of what I wanted. I found 27 Diamonds Interior Design on Houzz and met Sanaz. My expectations were that Sanaz would help me pick out some furniture, art work etc for all my rooms. She went above and beyond my expectations. She spent time to get to know me and my family. She really cared about what we like and dislike and what works for us as a family. Sanaz has an amazing sense of style, has a great vision and sees the big picture. I am a vendor and had a great experience working with Eric and Anna. They were very professional, and I would highly recommend working with them.

We were a bit skeptical about hiring a designer but after realizing that we knew the general design concept but didn't know how to pull everything together, we ended up working with 27D (Lisa is the best). They took our inspiration board from Pinterest and worked their magic. Throughout the process they involved us with every decision. Understandably there were choices we made that were not within their vision, but Lisa and team were super accommodating and helped sourcing the right pieces we wanted. They also knew all the appropriate and professional contacts for any additional work we wanted. Every morning we come look at the kitchen and living room and are amazed at how well it turned out, even 4 months later. We'll definitely get their input when we get to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

We reached out to 27 Diamonds to get paint consultation for the exterior of our house. The staff was very courteous and explained that they do not do paint consultation and directed us to Anna who was kind enough to give us free advice on paint colors. We gave Anna some questions and Anna took the time to give her opinions and guidance on choosing the right paint. She was professional, prompt and a pleasure to work. If we need interior design service in the future, we'll definitely consider 27 Diamonds.

TOP NOTCH interior design firm. I hired Anna and 27 Diamonds to design our house and now it feels like home, with a unique personal touch. Originally when I first met Anna, I was going to purchase all my furniture using restoration hardware and just wanted her to look it over and get her opinion on it. While RH has nice pieces, Anna asked me if she could redo the design her way and make it more unique. I’m so glad we went with what she put together as we get constant compliments on our place and often times people say, “this is so much better than RH!” Anna and 27Diamonds are professional, very easy to work with and their designs are beautiful. I was very excited to have 27 Diamonds work on my house but unfortunately they fell very short of my expectations. I hired them to decorate multiple rooms in my house and I was very clear of what I wanted and what I didn’t. Things started off great but after a while my decorator wasn’t listening to what I wanted and I felt like she just put together anything. There was also no official end to the project and she just stopped communicating with me. I was already frustrated with the level of service that I received so I just let it go and didn’t pursue it any further. I even made a comment that the pieces put together didn’t fit my requirements I gave her up front (i.e. I mentioned I wanted decorative items such as curtains, vases, etc., and most of what she recommended were furniture pieces which I already mentioned I had and didn’t want to replace) and that because she didn’t provide that, I was unable to purchase anything. I thought that would have triggered a response or conversation but she never responded and basically stopped all communications after that. That is very unprofessional to not respond and to basically just end the contract after that. I was ready to spend quite a bit of money with them to furnish my house but I wasn’t provided with things that met my requirement in order to do that. Overall I felt they just took my money and ran as I didn’t get what I wanted and am basically back to square one after spending all this money on their service (or lack of). Very disappointed with this company and their apparent lack of customer service and professionalism.

We recently bought a new house and were looking for some exciting and different touches here and there to make the house more in harmony with our personal taste. After some research we decided to go for 27 Diamonds. I was not so impressed with the first designer we were assigned to so I requested to continue with another designer with more experience. Thats when we were introduced to Sanaz Tousi. I liked her the first time we met since she was kind, respectful, positive, and most of all a good listener. Her first priority was to understand what style we were looking for. She patiently went through every detail with us and provided great tips and creative suggestions. She was always organized, responsive, understanding, fast, and efficient. As a result, we are very happy with the changes we made to our house in a relatively short period of time. It was a great experience working with Sanaz. She is not only our number one designer to go to for future assistance but a dear friend as well. I highly recommend her.

The 27 Diamonds team - Anna Shiwlall, Alex Bonell, Sanaz Tousi- turned our whole house into a beautiful, modern home. They basically delivered happiness, if happiness can be wrapped up in a box! We had a flood from a kitchen pipe in our house and decided to do a whole house remodel, which is a huge project. We selected Anna’s team after interviewing 2 other design firms based on their competitive pricing and the beautiful portfolios online. As with any whole house remodel, there were challenges and Anna’s team addressed them all to our satisfaction. During the construction design phase, Anna and Alex helped us select the stones for the fireplace, quartz for kitchen, tiles for the bathrooms, wood flooring,.... All the selections turned out beautiful! Sadly due to COVID we had to reselect several items because it was out of stock, but Anna and Alex were wonderful. Anna has a natural eye for color. Everything she picked came out gorgeous. Alex worked tediously with us in designing our dream kitchen, week after week, month after month, until we are happy with the final outcome. What makes Alex the best is how he was always there to work with the contractors, especially for our kitchen remodel, regardless of the amount of time he had to come to our house. Our kitchen remodel had a lot of issues and Alex was there to explain his design to different cabinet crews that came and went…He answered and addressed countless questions from us and was always happy to do so. Onto the decor & furniture selection came Sanaz! Sanaz is everything we needed! She’s a natural born designer! Her design is not only beautiful, but filled with unique pieces of furniture and artwork that we love. If we did not love something, she changed it. However, many times when she changed it, we went back to her original design. Sometimes we are our own worst enemy when it comes to decorating, so it’s good that she guides us away from making bad choices that just don’t flow in the design. When choosing a designer, we feared that we might be wasting our time and money if we ended up not liking the design because there are only so many revisions before we are charged extra by the hour. NOT at 27 Diamonds! This team–-Alex, Anna, Sanaz– are so passionate about their work that they are not satisfied unless we are happy. Alex’s personality just shines through in everything he helps us select. Sanaz’s prompt response to every option we asked for makes us feel like we are her only client. Anna’s flexibility when it comes to us changing our minds so many times… makes her SO PATIENT! Pictures are worth a thousand words. Once our decorating is done, we’ll upload!

I saw designs by 27 Diamonds Interior Design on Houzz and was intrigued enough to contact them. We are in he process of a renovation in our family room/living room and I thought an interior design firm was probably out of our price range and that our project wasn't large enough for a design firm. I was pleasantly surprised when I spoke with the receptionist at 27 Diamonds. She was friendly and welcoming and reviewed several construction packages and design packages which were surprisingly affordable. We made an appointment for a designer to make a house call within the next week for a $150 consultation fee. Louisa Lam appeared at our door a week later. Louisa was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered many of our questions concerning furniture placement, colors, floor/window coverings and more. She's a gem! We look forward to continuing work with 27 Diamonds and we highly recommend this firm to anyone with design needs!

But the one thing that made our experience the best so far in terms of home improvement projects (and we've had several), was that she was always there whenever needed. She is very communicative, punctual in her responses, and very patient with all the ideas, questions, and changes that we threw at her. I consulted 27 Diamonds Interior Design for exterior paint color and they contributed a genius idea about how to paint fascia/beams that I didn't want to highlight. They also suggested a definite color for the siding, which is complementary to and contrasts with the stucco. I greatly appreciated their expert guidance. I did a lot of research before I finally picked the perfect team to assist in the remodel of my parents LA home. Even though 27 Diamonds is located by my home in Orange County, they were always ready and willing to come to to LA during the entirety of our project. Our formal dining room chairs needed rennovating. This company did an excellent job! Everyone was so helpful. The chairs look awesome in our dining room. The pattern we chose with assistance from Vyanca is sophisticated and fits in perfectly with the decor of our house. Next we are rennovating the cabinets in the kitchen and bathrooms. Vyanca is helping us with this also. We are looking forward to the results!

My husband and I took our stools to get reupholstered and we were helped by Veronica and Cindy. They were very nice and approachable, and they both did an excellent job. Now Cindy is helping us with shades for inside the house. We have a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend their services.

Lisa Conley did an excellent job with the design of my living room and powder room. I was really stuck trying to figure out what to do and she made the whole process enjoyable and easy. She's a great listener and really does a good job finding your style and working within it. We love the results and appreciate her design skills. Lisa is very flexible and worked with some of our existing furniture that we didn't want to get rid of quite yet. We'll be calling her again when it's time to do our master bathroom. We worked with 27 Diamonds to design our house and are thrilled with the results. The whole process was great from start to finish and we found the price to be reasonable. Anna helped us figure out our style and used our inspiration pictures to find great pieces for our home. We were doing a bathroom remodel, and had been going back and forth with color choices. I found 28 Diamonds online and scheduled an appointment with Anna. It was so great to have someone guide us and make suggestions. She looked at our space and then went to the tile store to make color selections Anna was amazing and came up with some great ideas to support what we were looking to do. She suggested that we keep it light and bright. She had the concept to tile up one wall and to do marble on our long wall. With her direction and ideas our bathroom turned out absolutely beautiful!! We had a good experience with 27 Diamonds and especially Lisa Conley for our master bathroom renovation. I came in with some instructions, photos of certain materials and fixtures, and a pre-selected vanity and asked Lisa to complete the design around my half-baked ideas. This wasn't a "blank slate" project, which would have been easier. Lisa merged my general ideas into a specific plan, built on it, and made it all come together. 27 Diamonds tracked down materials and fixtures that I had shown them from magazines and Houzz photos. Lisa handled it like the consummate pro that she is. I will use them again. I was a fan of their "Base Camp" portal, which is a web based platform that they use to keep you updated on the progress of the project, and to share design ideas, etc. It worked out great.

Everyone was always on the same page and we love how everything turned out. Really great at giving us options especially on all the accessories and being able to change items we didn't like. Alexandra, currently a lead designer at 27 Diamonds, has amazing talent when it comes to interior design. We bought a house in foreclosure that needed a lot of work. We had a very limited budget and even more limited time frame to complete the project. She did it all, from picking out paint colors and choosing furniture, tile and accessories for both inside and outside. Alexandra exceeded our expectations in taking a run down house and transforming it into a luxury vacation rental. We get compliments every time we rent this beautiful home out or have friends stay as our guests.

Hired Lisa for consultation in my kitchen remodel after the project/design concept was underway. I was seeking advice on the overall design and to get her opinions. During our two consultations with Lisa, we gained so much valuable information and recommendations that we included into the design. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Lisa because of her professionalism, her ability to listen and understand our goals/style. My only regret is not working with her from the beginning of the project. We plan to use Lisa for future renovation projects.

I have used Lindsay for several projects in my home last year. She did my kitchen, living room and my daughter's room. My husband and I were very satisfied and my daughter loves her new room, especially her accent wall with her name painted on it. Lindsay was easy to work with and I would definitely hire her again.

Lindsay Stokes Kennedy did two projects for me. She redesigned my kitchen and redecorated my bedroom,hallway and study. The work was beautifully done. The colors are just right. She is patient, knowledgeable and is great at what she does. I love going into my kitchen now, the colors are so soothing. My bedroom, study and hallway redecorating were redesigned and it made it so much more peaceful.

Hired 27 Diamonds and had Louisa as my designer. I was so impressed with what she was able to do it's my small space. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel safe with the decisions I was making. I ended up loving the color scheme and my space went from house to home! Highly recommend her!

I recently moved into a house that was twice the size of my last one with a lot of empty spaces to fill, definitely a good problem to have but nevertheless I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. We were in the middle of a complete fireplace renovation, backsplash renovation, and I was working with an asymmetrical room and unsure of proper placement of couch, tables and art on the walls. I hired Lisa for a one hour consultation and it was the best money I could've spent! She was great and immediately told me how to balance the room, how to tie in the reclaimed wood mantel my husband really wanted, and offered her input on paint colors, fireplace stone, backsplash choices and more. We have more things we want to do to the house and we plan on having her back next month for another consultation. If money was no object, I would not hesitate to hire her to fully design every room in my house!!!

I contacted 27 Diamonds for my new office design. I was a little unsure about their experience in commercial design at first. However, I was very impressed when Lisa came up with an excellent contemporary concept. The color scheme ended up so perfect and tranquil. The lobby chairs are so comfortable. Her design fees are very reasonable considering she spent a lot of time on this project. She is very responsive to all my questions, emails and coordinating with my contractor. She made multiple site visits to make sure the contractor and subcontractors are cleared with the design. Ultimately, everyone that come to the office is amazed by the beauty and comfort of the office. It far exceeds my expectations and I will utilize her expertise again for any interior design needs in the future.

27 Diamonds is simply the best of the best when it comes to interior design. I hired Anna to decorate my 2,000 sq ft home after attempting to do it myself without success. I told Anna my budget and she was able to come up with something I could never in a million years imagine myself. I now get compliments everytime I have a party, especially my living room. Called the firm to enquirer about where to purchase a product I saw from one of their projects. We exchanged a couple of calls and a couple of emails and in two days and I had my answer and made my purchase. They were friendly, efficient and helpful.

I hired Anna to help us decorate 4 rooms in our new home (living and adjacent dining room, den, loft). She was a great listener, and fit our needs perfectly. We didn't need a full-service decorator to buy our furniture for us. However, we did need help picking out pieces that would work well together, and stretched us beyond the bland all-neutral palette that was our "comfort zone." We have been very happy with the results, and would recommend her highly!
