In the fall of 2010, Keith Homes welcomed Matt & Kim Keith into the company. The company specializes in sustainable building techniques and quality craftsmanship. The Keiths won several Builder’s Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh awards in 2013, including Best Green Energy Efficient House under $500,000. Keith homes built our new house. We were looking to downsize after living in a larger, older home. Our new house exceeds all of our expectations and it's very comfortable to live in.

My husband and I are very pleased with our home. Keith Homes was a great company to work with. They were very focused on our needs/wants and had our custom home complete in the amout of time they estimated. Unlike other homes we had looked into, there were endless possibilities for the cosmetics of the home without compromising quality.

I must say that this was a one stop shop. What I mean by that is that of all the decisions, and there where thousands, it never seemed overwhelming. From the design process to the construction, there where no surprises. The price that we discussed was the price paid, the overall construction was exactly as I wanted, and what i really liked was how accommodating they where in some "changes" my wife and i wanted to make during the build. If you want a TRULY CUSTOM HOME, then you want to build with Keith Homes.
