We had the absolute best experience with NRC Homes. Our project was not only on budget but was also on time. They helped us optimize both our design and our layout. They were experts to help navigate through the endless decisions when doing home renovations. We avoided many design pitfalls and got the most for our budget. We extended our top floor by adding two bathrooms and bedroom as well as remodeling our main floor design and kitchen. I would highly recommend them for any home renovation or improvement.

We worked with the NRC team for our complete home remodel (down to the studs, lifted basement, and 3rd-floor addition to the home) and we LOVE the work. Anatoliy, Alexander, and Stephanie were very professional and we've already referred them to other family and friends. We trusted them so much that we had them come back for our second big project of remodeling our detached garage.

I can't thank enough N&R Construction - now NRC Homes - (onwers, Anatoliy and Alexander) for not only saving me from a prior remodel contractor that went awry, but also for the excellent work they and their outstanding crew did on the rest of my house. They finished the job left undone and then did a remodel on the main floor of my house, including new windows, siding, roof and gutters, new attic storage and stairs, painting (inside and out), new fireplace, porch, and new electrical. Their entire crew was considerate and respectful. Communication between N&R Construction was excellent and the entire process was on time and on budget. To this day I miss having the N&R Construction crew at my house. In fact, one of my neighbors across the street heard one of the crew shout out, 'I love my job,' and that's become a catch-phrase in my neighborhood. My remodel was an amazingly wonderful experience. Hired NR Construction for my Custom Home Build. They were able to provide immediate estimate and timeline. They were competitively priced and highly recommended. They built us a 10,000ft2 custom dream home. They were recommended by Viceroy Homes, a Custom home panelized company that is popular in the Northwest. Viceroy homes have preferred builders who know how to put up their models. NR construction was able to build our home on time and on budget. The site was always clean and organized. They use quality Subcontractors. Alexander and Anatoliy were very professional in their dealings with us. Their concrete specialist Alberto was excellent as well. They have been responsive on troubleshooting and warranty issues.

NRC completed a second story renovation for us and I was very happy with the value they offered in their work. Alexander and Anatoliy were fair in their negotiations , and they completed a very complicated project on time while meeting my budget expectations. I would work with them again and recommend them to anybody looking to complete a significant renovation. My only suggestion for other owners is to communicate clearly with their team throughout construction - in retrospect I wish I had been clearer about some of the architectural details I was hoping to see (for example hand rails, etc.).

I’m an Architect who hired NRC to complete a complicated whole-house remodel on my 1902 home. Architects are likely some of the scariest clients for a General Contractor and NRC performed admirably and professionally. The level of craftsmanship is outstanding and I always felt like their team truly cared for the project and went out of their way to make things spectacular. They have an eye for detail, were always appropriately flexible (as any good general contractor should be), and provided an outstanding value. I have lived in the house now for several years and can strongly recommend them.

Ha commentato: Wallpaper and paint detailsThe paint is Benjamin Moore Racoon Fur 2126-20. The wallpaper is by Osborne & Little, the Vintage Line/ Trifid/ W5556/02. I agree! The room is beautiful.

Ha commentato: Freestanding FireplaceThanks for the question! The wood-burning stove is Hearthstone Bari. It rotates 180 degrees, so the homeowners can have the stove facing the dining room or the living room.
