What designer could pass on the opportunity to buy a floating home like the one featured in the movie Sleepless in Seattle? Well, not this one! When I purchased this floating home from my aunt and uncle, I undertook a huge out-of-state remodel. Up for the challenge, I grabbed my water wings, sketchpad, & measuring tape. It was sink or swim for Patricia Lockwood to finish before the end of 2014. The big reveal for the finished houseboat on Sauvie Island will be in the summer of 2015 - so stay tuned.
Sai InteriorsThe clients had an unused swimming pool room which doubled up as a gym. They wanted a complete overhaul of the room to create a sports bar/games room. We wanted to create a space that felt like a London members club, dark and atmospheric. We opted for dark navy panelled walls and wallpapered ceiling. A beautiful black parquet floor was installed. Lighting was key in this space. We created a large neon sign as the focal point and added striking Buster and Punch pendant lights to create a visual room divider. The result was a room the clients are proud to say is "instagramable"

THE FANCY ROOMUne pièce spacieuse, des murs immaculés de blanc et de larges fenêtres pour davantage de lumière naturelle.
Pour le sol, nos décorateurs ont choisi un parquet stratifié plutôt sombre, contrastant avec les murs. Enfin, bien qu'élégant, l’ensemble reste sobre et fonctionnel.
