What fun this experience with Michels was! We tore down a house, put anew one up, dealt with all the area restrictions, took out a pool, put in a pool and re- landscaped after new septic system. So top to bottom! Their architect and designers of choice did all the heavy lifting, and Andy was always only a text away. We were even gone several months and it went smoothly! Thank you, Bob, Andy, Katie, and Studio M Designs!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Michels Homes on our kitchen remodel. Their customer service and attention to detail is top notch. Andy managed to keep our project on schedule during a pandemic and while becoming a new dad. He never missed a beat and was always five steps ahead! Katie is professional, organized and does a wonderful job keeping you in the loop. Remodeling your home while living there can be very stressful, the Michels team does everything they can to carry the burden of that stress. All of Andy’s subs are wonderful and treat your home like it’s their own. We couldn’t be more pleased with the end result!

40 years ago Bob Michels built the house we still live in today. Throughout the years we made some updates to the house (e.g., wood floor in the kitchen/entry way, granite countertops) to keep it more modern. Every time we have hired someone they commented on the outstanding quality of the construction of our house. We still have the original Anderson windows that were installed when built!! The woodwork looks as good today as when we built 40 years ago. I would strongly recommend Michels construction to anyone looking to build a new home. I am an extremely 40 year satisfied customer. How many people will say that about a builder after that long!!

I hired Michels Homes to inspect my roof for hail damage following a hail storm the previous spring. Any met the adjuster from Chubb out there a few days later and within a week I had a check in hand from Chubb and a few days later Michels Homes was installing a new roof. The whole project went great and I would highly recommend Andy & Michels Homes.

We engaged Michels Construction after the loss of our home due to a fire April, 2016. From day one, Michels took control by working with our adjuster, architect, designer, furniture restoration people, structural engineers, etc.. It would have been a nightmare if Michels hadn't been there leading the coordination throughout the process. During our rebuild, we received constant updates and communication, often speaking multiple times throughout the day to ensure our home was built they we wanted it. Even late night texts were quickly replied too! Every sub that they employ approaches their work with pride and professionalism and they were just fun work with too! I would highly recommend Michels for building a home or even just a kitchen remodel!

Last summer, we needed to find a construction company that we could trust to do some extensive work on our 30 year home in North Oaks. Decks had deteriorated, windows needed replacement, and our garage door was inoperable. Luckily, we discovered the Bob Michels Construction Company located above Tria. The management, the supervisors, and all of the workers were excellent, skilled, and trustworthy. We turned the job over to them and never had one problem with the entire job. We since have recommended them to our daughter and son-in-law for their remodeling job. They are great!
