House
fireplace feels like the focal point and the tv is the afterthought, I like actually having a hearth, not a huge fan of the cabinets - maybe if the middle section was open and more "bookcase" feeling
The island looks like a piece of furniture, the subway tiling that is carried over to the window wall as well, the open shelving/closed cabinet combo.
simple mantle, built in around doorway
“Hutch” and sink
Hutch
Sink and copper fixtures.
Gray cabinets, white backsplash and open shelves, wood island - sink.
Dark wood treads and white. Metal/wood railings.
Charcoal brick wall
I like the dark painted and paneled walls.
Cool how the beams overlap
Ladder system in pantry
I like that one end of the island is used for seating in more of a circular arrangement instead of straight across the front. Would we use this more?
I like that the island is also used for storage - would maybe leave the ends open shelving for cookbooks, etc?
I want to see more of this island, but I like the two levels and two materials mixed.
Cute and Functional. Space to hide/organize stuff. Will want a charging station for all things electronic and room for a printer.
Extra big/wide doors that open make it feel more inviting and like you are "allowed" to go into that room.
mix of industrial and wood / open shelving. copper pipes are cool too. (not in this picture. obvs.)
Penny floor!
Brick walls and video game alcove
Built into wood/some sort of frame for "cabinets" downstairs? Cute liquor storage that is still visible but can be locked?
For basement? or pantry island? I love the industrial feel mixed with wood - and if something like this could be locked it could be good liquor storage.
could be cool as a window well - I like the stone pavers (?) and greenery
Terraced landscape - wouldn't want it to be grass. I love the mossy wall behind it and the ivy.
Terraced landscape
Tv on the side counter area.
