Use bigger island as dining/kit/entertainment area
Use rest of space for living
Doors
Open concept - kit,isl/dining, lvng
Ok the only thing I hope u can see is kitchen at the back (road is behind the kitchen) your island/dining center looking onto the living area and imagine those windows your sliders out to patio, pool and view of ocean - it's EXACTLY the CONCEPT I'm trying to share
WOW!!! Now image, replace your front door and put THIS kitchen wall w/windows and your dining - now you have ALL that open space to enjoy your huge front patio/pool/ocean view
Just cuz - LOL
The only thing I like about this is how they have the two texture island. One part works as a butcher block - the other part dining
The chairs are too big you could put more around it plus a semi floating wall and I like the hallways leading off to two separate areas
THIS IS Pretty cool too! But I would make the back part of the island bigger more years then incorporate the front where the benches with the table and have it all in the one area where our kitchen island would go
WINDOWS-
With all this glass can you imagine what you will be seeing looking out your front door where it is now? It could make a great little hidden patio/jungle - but stand along where u plan on putting it and see the view
A must
What a UNIQUE concept
Same
The only reason I saved this pic is to imagine what and how an island can be used
Interesting how they used a floating wall in the kitchen
Door leads to bath and guest rooms
And this one too
Same with this one
I don't like anything in this pic except one can see the possibilities or envision how an island can be used instead of a separate dining area AND leave more space for an open concept if one desired
L-Shape kitchen - your front door is huge, think of what u could do with all that space if it wasnt a front door. Leon says he regrets putting our back slider in, hindsights 20/20 Leon would have LOVED a bigger kitchen
GREAT use of space!
Great
I also like this - u can always put windows there if you want more natural light ( like the other kitchen had the back door - that's a good idea too
Option placement for kitchen and save space bu not needing a formal dining area - this is more open concept. Behind the wall is the road
Back wall with small "back door"
Use of patio for dining too
Great ex of how to create an elegant yet smaller bathrm with double sinks.

THIS is what a "pony-wall" looks like and (in bathrooms) is what it's traditionally used for
BEST "SHARED BTHRM" Don't make the shower as deep, get rid of all the extra counter space except the sink/vanity and put the toilet beside it. Now you have a square or rectangular room. Put the 2 guest bdrm/bathrm "access door" and place it opposite the current one. Then Loose the bottom left counter (as outlined) and replace with the "main bthrm entry door" (Suggest a pocket door)
Take out tub for toilet, pony-walls (mini dividers for a more private toilet) plus room enough for extra entry doors
All one big slider to the patio
Love the island and the wine rack
